Stayed for a week with wife and four kids. House had everything you could ever want, was clean and well stocked, and proximity to beach was fantastic. Highly recommend the property.

A splendid home and wonderful location. We loved it all.

The loveliness of the house and the grounds was striking. House was modern, clean, nice furniture, large porch, great views of beach and sunset. Path to beach was easy and convenient and beach was wonderful. Low tides perfect for children, and many friendly neighbors. Used the separate garage suite and it worked out well for our family. Plumber came immediately one time when needed, and everything worked well. Owner very helpful and attentive. Love to return.

A fabulous piece of Heaven!!

I can’t say enough about this property! Our family was celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary on the cape. The house is nothing short of spectacular, and the location could not be better! My husband and I stayed in the apartment over the garage, so we had our privacy. Our daughter and son-in-law and their children stayed in the main house. This house has everything one could possibly need for a fabulous beach vacation. It is beautiful and tastefully decorated and extremely well supplied. We loved watching the sunsets from the deck together. Our family is already asking us to rent it again for next year! David was a thoughtful and attentive host.
