It is a 3-minute walk from Centrinho da Lagoa, an area with a high concentration of bars and restaurants and a vibrant nightlife. Direct access to the lagoon offers not only stunning views but also the opportunity to enjoy a variety of water sports. A stand-up paddleboard will be available.
