Great spot. Beautiful views, and too many deer to count. Getting the community pass and it working thru the whole trip was a bit of an issue but didn’t make a huge impact. House had everything we needed. Dock area was awesome.

Family Reunion Quality Retreat

This was a great house for our family and with a great floor plan. We had 10 people and 2 BRs went unused it was spacious. The lake and kayaking was a wonderful delight. The many deer that showed up in the morning allowing us all to feed them by hand- Awesome! WE will be back!

The lake house was amazing! We had a magical time feeding the deers and enjoyed family time by the lake! The host Amy was great with responding to our questions! The kids loved the safari themed bedroom and we can’t wait to plan a spring or summer visit!!!

Everything was great. The only problem was we got to the north gate at 6:58 and the attendant was already getting into his car and did not even acknowledge us to let us in. I know it closes at 7:00 but you would think he would wait till 7:00 to leave.

Great Property, Great Owner

We stayed here for a week-long baseball tournament. The bed layout is great and very flexible for larger groups. Plenty of room for everyone. Nice dock, owner allows you to use all of their water toys (except boat, which is 100% understandable). Owners are very accommodating. Will contact you ahead of time, give you any suggestions you’d like, will answer any questions you have, usually within minutes. Neighborhood has everything you would want. Golf course, tennis / pickleball courts, pools, playgrounds, etc. Deer are everywhere, which is pretty cool. They will eat out of your hand, even let you pet them. It’s a little strange at first, but really neat once you get used to it. PBR and Perfect Game families, this house would be about 30-40 minutes from where you play. There is nothing better than playing all day in the heat and then jumping into the lake and having a cold beverage.

This property was absolutely amazing. It was a perfect vacation for my family. The lake is beautiful and clean and the kayaks were so fun to go out on. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. The house itself was exceptional and well stocked to live in and cook during our stay. Plenty of pots, pans, and utensils for all 9 of us. The upper, enclosed deck was the perfect place to relax. We sat on it every day and enjoyed the wildlife. Amy, our host, was extremely communicative. We had one issue with the AC not working and she responded immediately and had it fixed that day. In the Georgia heat, this was a God-send and we appreciated her so much for that. She was fantastic with any questions we had at the start of our stay and made everything easy and seamless for our check in and check out.
