Used bedding can be piled on each bed. Used towels can be left in the bathtub. Can you message me when you have checked out.

We ask that children do not run back and forth in the house. Their is absolutely no smoking, vaping or smoking cannabis on the property.

I ask all visitors to not cook with curry. It takes a professional cleaning service to get rid of the smell which will be charged to you.

I live on the property with my golden retriver. She is a very gentle dog with everyone.
The only common area is the washer and dryer in the basement. I give everyone their complete privacy and avaliable any time you need me.

Why they chose this property

All rooms have ceiling fans. 10 ft. high ceilings make this a very elegant unit with air conditioning. A single pullout bed so an extra guest can stay at an additional cost.
Everything is walking distance out your front door.
Their is no smoking, vaping or smoking cannabis on the premises.

What makes this property unique

Firestick with TV, hundreds of channels and movies. Laundry can be used in the basement when staying longer than a weekend. It is code access. Need any basics?, Avondale corner store across the park.
