Amazing location

First floor and by the walkway to the beach was perfect. We met some owner/residents while there and they were very welcoming. Loved, loved, loved staying here. A big East Texas Thank You!!

Great location

The condo is a few convenient steps to the beach. Having 2 bedroom suites and porches was very nice. Plenty of glasses, plates, pans, etc to choose from.

Navarre Towers 104 is a 3 bed/3 bath, first floor condo in need of attention:The bathroom light source in the master bath sink room was out, unrelated to light bulbs. A large wall clock in the family room did not work. Large roaches and small flying bugs were present in the condo. The exterior door window coverings were broken making it difficult to open and close them. The bath rooms are functional but very old with missing cabinet handles and drawers, chipped toilet seats and very stained tub/shower surfaces. The family room furniture is old with worn, deflated cushions, area rugs are soiled and stained. The outdoor iron porch furniture was weather worn with sharp surfaces on the tables and chairs. The quiet hours, 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM listed in the condo rules are not enforced at this property. 5/6 nights of our stay included loud talking, laughing, children with flashlights running in the grassy area until 1:30AM. We thought this would be an updated functional property since the cost was 4,300.00 for a 6 night stay. There was an opportunity to report maintenance problems but we did not want to spend our vacation waiting on service people to arrive or leave our unit.

Great location and met our needs!

Loved the location. If you're looking for something close to the beach it doesn't get much closer than this. It does face the main walk way to the beach so if you're looking for privacy I wouldn't recommend. But if you're looking for convenience and quick beach access this is perfection - especially important if you're traveling with young children! Easy check-in and check-out. Quiet beach but close to all the things you need with a short drive!

Absolutely fantastic!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is very spacious and clean. I usually dont write reviews, but if you are thinking of staying here, do yourself a favor and book now. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay as long as we wanted. Thats it, thank me later!!

The condo was very clean, this was not our experience two years ago so we were very happy for the improvement!! Being on the first floor was awesome with little kids because of easy access to the beach! When we are in Florida without kids we would rather be on an upper floor for the view, but this is perfect for us when we bring the grands! The condo is nice, weird quirky light switches, but at least they are all labeled so you can figure out what goes to what! Kitchen is well equipped. Wish there were walk-in showers in at least the ensuite baths. Overall, this is a great place and we will be back!

This condo was perfect for us. It was just a few steps to the crossover to the beach and a very short walk to the water. The fencing allowed us to let our 4 yr old and 2 yr old granddaughters play while we had coffee on the ground level balcony. The split bedroom design allowed for privacy for our son and daughter-in-law. We added my 86 yr old father-in-law to the trip at the last minute and we still had plenty of room thanks to the spacious design and the sofa bed.

Awesome experience

The property was as advertised. The entire interior was newly updated and the location was extremely convenient. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a tremendous plus. The check in process was effortless. Communication with the property manager was a breeze. We will definitely be back.

Perfect

Condo was perfect size for our family. No complaints..all appliances listed worked well. No long walks/drives to the beach. Just a step off of the patio and the beach and pool was there. Definitely recommend Navarre Towers!

Ocean waves & salty seas

we could not have asked for a better place to stay on our trip to the beach. this condo was absolutely gorgeous. it was so close to the beach...you could smell the ocean and hear the waves. very clean & very beautiful. the property manager was a delight to deal with. she checked on us several times during our stay. we will definitely be back.

Anniversary trip

The property management staff were amazing and left us a card and champagne for our 24th/6th anniversary. We anniversary is February 29. The property was exactly as listed, with a few upgrades. Everything was great. We had a few issues that were addressed with the property manager. Over all a great location.
