Overall great location. Room was great. One negative was the door key code was very inconsistent sometimes worked other times took a couple of tries. Had to push or pull and jiggle.

Nice condo

Condo was very clean and convenient to the beach. All rooms are very spacious. Master bed was super comfortable. The view of the gulf from the balcony was wonderful.

A wonderful getaway at an affordable price

The location of this property is wonderful. Beautiful views all day. There are maintenance issues that need to be addressed and it is old and outdated but I believe that is reflected in the price and was fine with us.

It’s a beautiful location, the condo has a lot of room. My only complaint was that the tiles in the kitchen and on the patio are really falling apart.

Great location

Nice location/view. Older property could use some updating. Bring your own beach toys/chairs/wagon as that’s not included with this rental. I am used to that being included in other rentals.

5 Star Vacation

Loved our mini vacation here! Check in was easy and check out was even easier! No hassles what so ever. Everything in the room(s) worked great! Our view was amazing and so peaceful. It's a fairly close distance to everything but out far enough that you aren't crowded with all of the spring breakers. The beds were very comfortable & the master had an amazing view! The kitchen was a great size! We absolutely love and recommend this place! We will be back!

Can’t beat the location

The location right on the beach was amazing. The condo was in a good area of the property, easy to access and on the quiet side on the towers. The inside definitely needs some updating. The bathrooms and kitchen must be original. The tub backed up in the second bathroom and there was mildew covering the shower head. The rug in the master bath was beyond dirty. It wouldn’t take much to give this property a little TLC.

Great Location

After 3 weeks in the Gulf without much sun, this place became a favorite as the sun finally came out and wind died down. My husband and I appreciated the lack of spring breakers and the signing of a document saying we were older! The condo served us well. Kitchen and bathrooms are a bit dated, but functional. Housekeeping could have been a bit better as there were some long black hairs on bathroom floor and air ducts had a lot of dust. I would reccommend the condo to family and friends. The master bedroom was lovely and had a door to the terrace.

beautiful views !

nice room, beautiful views!! bath tub was for shower use only, no plugs anywhere so made it very hard for having my two toddlers with no bathtub options - shower only! and then the tub would not drain for hours. guest room tv would not work, only a big deal to the kids.. as adults don't need tv on vacation!! only complaints :) otherwise would come back again -for the beautiful views and felt very safe in gate lock condo !

Nice and spacious! Gated parking lot !

Enjoyed the location and the views. The Condo is spacious, the sheets were super soft, mattress was also comfortable however the metal frame it was on was so squeaky, just sitting on it it would squeak. I would stay again if they would replace the frame. The walk to beach was very close. Chair & umbrella not included, so rentals are $37 per day. There was no chest in the master bedroom only small little drawers like for underwear, so we had to leave everything in our suitcase because there is no where to put it.. Water pressure was really good! Little updates would make it perfect !

Clean. Wonderful view. Property needs door maintenance. Furniture very worn.Wonderful location.

Everything was fabulous except for getting locked in for 2 hours due to badly worn door lock where screws were not flush. Doors and windows need maintenance. Strongly suggest posting emergency contact numbers - both for property management and local. Also ensure to provide current gate code to beach. We had to text and request code which did not work once it was provided. However, overall experience was so good that we will consider staying again if we vacation in the Navarre area.

Water feature

We arrived at the condo and the door was open because the latch was broken. There were multiple missing light covers. Unfortunately, there was a “water feature “ in the laundry room and kitchen. When you would step on the tile, water would come up throughout the area. It caused a fall and it caused a risk of potential shock hazard. The garbage disposal kept running even after turning it off and we had to unplug it under the sink. It took days for anyone to come and investigate our concerns. They only thing that was fixed during our 10 day stay was the disposal. We had to purchase towels because we used the towels provided to soak up the water on the floor each day. We go to Navarre Towers twice a year and have never had such a disappointing stay. They did offer to reimburse a whopping $300 for our inconvenience but did not do that either. We do not recommend this condo or this rental company.

Room for Improvement

This condo was nice, but needed to have a good cleaning done to it and some updates would be nice. Almost every piece of furniture lower to the ground and some of the bedroom furniture had a film of dust covering them which is disheartening given the cleaning fees associated with the condo. The bathrooms were less than desirable given they were out of date and the grout and caulking looked filthy. The dryer did not work efficiently until my husband fixed it. Overall, I do not anticipate coming back to this condo.

Worn out.

The rental experience was super easy. Location is perfect. Beach is clean and beautiful. We opened the doors and felt we had stepped back in time. The condo desperately needs a deep cleaning. The beds were rickety and most uncomfortable and didn’t have fitted sheets. I fought the sheets all night. The master bath walls are molded, the guest shower curtains are molded. The kitchen was clean and operable. The washer and dryer did not work. The tiles on the patio were busted and sharp on bare feet. The patio furniture is rusted and not sturdy. Probably would not rent this unit again.

Firstly, we do contract out our housekeeping needs to various local companies in the area. It is important guests let us know if anything seems amiss so we can address the responsible party immediately and get any situation rectified as soon as possible. We do provide a high level of cleaning/sanitizing in each of our properties and we take cleanliness claims very seriously. We will be replacing the patio set and getting some tiles replaced. The mattresses have passed all of our quality control inspections, and will likely not be replaced this year. We do indeed have fitting sheets as well as mattress covers for all beds. If either were missing, we apologize for missing the mark. We would have rectified this immediately had we of known. There is no mildew on the walls but there was slight discoloration of the shower curtain so it has been replaced. Additionally, the washer and dryer are in working condition. Navarre beach is a hidden gem!

Perfect for a low key relaxing long weekend. The check in at 4pm and checkout at 9am was a little ridiculous though. Unit needed some updates but overall a great place! Can’t beat the view.

Unit 203

Weather was great! Condo nice, clean! Couple of things were a little on the negative side: shower curtain liners could use a good laundering and tiles in kitchen and balcony really need attention. That being said, we went for the beach and it was all I wanted. Navarre is such a great location.

Review

Overall happy with the place but some repairs needed, locks are very difficult and disappearing wall to patio off-line on one side. Loose tiles on deck (dangerous) and on kitchen counter. Kitchen table not put back together when cleaned-placemats, etc on a stack in the middle of the table. Looked a little rushed on the cleaning side. Curtains are weird and hard to open/close. All in all, we enjoyed it.
