A home away from home, very spacious for the whole family, clean and inviting, great location near the water. Very quiet and secure.Tim is a great host , a welcome note was left for me and my family and recommendations of good places to dine. Also plenty of information about the area. Thanks Tim when we are back in Ballina and need accommodation we will be booking your apartment again.

The apartment is very easy to live in…location is wonderful for walking, shopping, beaches…we spent 2 months there in March, April & May & the weather couldn’t have been more delightful. A nice thing about the apartment is it furnished like a home, paintings on the walls, books, cds, etc… so it’s not sterile like many rentals.

Pleasant apartment. Lots of little extras left to enjoy the stay. Convenient position for exploring other areas. Bedrooms very hot at night.

We had a lovely stay here, everything we needed including a good sound system! . The family who owns this unit obviously loves and cares for it and we loved the family photos and all the personal Easter touches - including the mugs and the chokkies! Thankyou :)

Great tidy spacious apartment

Myself and 3 work colleagues stayed at this apartment. 2 bathrooms, great sized bedrooms and a spacious lounge and dinning. Morning sun on balcony overlooking the water is glorious and a great way to wake up. Very quiet street with no traffic noise. Amenities are great, endless coffee pods and entertainment, board games etc. would recommend and stay again. Thanks Tim.

River view apartment

This apartment has a lnice view of a river. It is a short drive to shops yet only a few metres away is a walking trail along the river and there's a park next door. No air con in the bedrooms, only fans. All amenities were available as listed. Apartment is on the 1st floor & there isn't a lift.
