Panoramic Ocean View Condo on Golf Course close to Beaches

Our townhouse in the Wailea Ekolu Place located on the Wailea Blue Golf Course. It has a spectacular view and large lanais to enjoy a panoramic views and Maui sunsets. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 full + 1 half bath townhouse. Our master bedroom has a king sized bed and ensuite and the other bedroom has 2 queen size beds. Along with a queen sized sofa bed our home sleeps 8 people very comfortably.
We are located 5 minutes from Maui's most beautiful beaches and many restaurants and shops.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Family Visit in June

After researching the best setup for our family of 4 2 grandparents we selected Paul and Bev's condo in Ekolu and we could not have been more happy. The bedroom with the 2 queens was a perfect fit. The condo was perfectly equipped and the location is great.

From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home. The condo was spotless, well-stocked, and spacious enough for both our families to relax comfortably.The view from the lanai was absolutely breathtaking—coffee at sunrise and sunsets over the ocean will forever be some of our favorite memories from this trip. Great place in Wailea

Beautiful property with many upgrades and amazing ocean views. Great proximity to the beach and shops and a very quiet and relaxing location. The place was also very well equipped with cooking supplies, appliances and beach accessories. We would definitely stay here again!

Best stay in Wailea

We had a wonderful stay! The location could not be more perfect. Walking distance to restaurants and shops, short drive to some of the best beaches on the island and incredible views from the lanai. We loved bbqing and watching the sunset just outside the unit. Our kids had tons of space to run and play in the evening. Great pool and amenities and beds were so comfortable! Can’t wait to return!

A perfect stay in Kihei

We had a lovely stay at Paul and Bev’s beautiful Kihei stay! It truly exceeded our expectations and more. The place was immaculate, large open windows, a gorgeous kitchen and living space, and the absolute best view of the ocean! The place had everything we needed. We would recommend this place to all of our friends :)

Great Views

Overall I gave this experience 5 stars. The views are amazing and the unit is so spacious. Our family of 7 stayed here with 2 teenagers, 1 pre teen and 2 kids. For me the beds caused neck pain but that is an individual thing. The beach toys and chairs provided were wonderful and the location was close to everything we needed including all the awesome beaches. Thank you for a great trip!

Wonderful Getaway

This is a great property in Wailea! We traveled with 4 adults and two children and had plenty of room in the unit. The view is wonderful and we even saw whales one night while watching the sunset from the Lanai. The kids enjoyed the pool and the beach is less than a 5 minute drive away. Great communication from the host. Our family would definitely stay here again!

Lovely Time on Maui

We had such a great time on Maui and this property sure made us feel at home and comfortable. The views with our morning coffee were fabulous. One morning we caught the moonset and it was spectacular! The sunsets were pretty terrific as well. The townhome has all that you need plus more. We will definitely be back!

Great time in Kihei

Last summer we had a trip where the hosts were extremely unkind. They labeled many things in their house as “untouchable” or “do not use”. Such items included pillows and blankets. Many things beyond this made us very uncomfortable. I was very apprehensive in booking another trip through Vrbo, but Paul and bev truly made their home welcoming and our dream vacation a wonderful experience. They have plenty of towels, pillows, and blankets, as well as cleaning supplies. They were amazing at providing additional communication and information about our stay. I’m hopeful we can stay here again because we had a wonderful time. Thank you!

Best of Maui

We travelled to Maui to attend a wedding at the Grand Wailea. We ended up booking Paul & Bev‘s beautiful home a little more than a month before our stay once we figured out our travel plans. We could not have asked for more perfect place for us! This beautiful property is within walking distance of the Grand Wailea, where our events were. We could walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Because we made our travel plans so late, we had no expectation of finding a property with any kind of view of the ocean. But we lucked out! This property had the most beautiful views of the ocean from both the upper and lower lanais. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner on the lanai. It is a short trip to Foodland where we picked up poke. The kitchen is fully stocked with every essential we needed. It feels like a family home. If we are ever lucky enough to get to return to Maui, we would definitely choose Paul & Bev‘s home again!

Our property is very close great beaches and a short walk to the golf course, several cafes, restaurants and shopping.

What makes this property unique

Our property is amazingly quiet. Located above the 10th green on the Wailea Old Blue Course, there is no road noise. You can sit and enjoy the view or read a book. It is a very tranquil place to unwind.
