If you have a large group this is an excellent choice. With 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, there is a space for everyone. Walk or bike around the corner to Harbour Town. Great location.

Great Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Having the pool heated when cool is a must. It was great to have the bikes available for ride around and have some fun memories to take home. The place is great for large groups and location to Harbor Town a nice walk and bike ride.

Perfect Family Reunion Rental

Great Location!

Only a 10 minute bike ride to the beach, a short walk to the marina at Harbortown, or an even shorter walk to the 18th fairway! We only had a couple of days and this property was perfect for our needs.

Perfect House

My family and I loved the house, it was clean, big and roomy, and had tons of games for the kids. The pool was perfect as well. Great location, would stay here anytime I come to Hilton Head. Highly recommend this place

Lovely holiday condo

We were in HH for our daughter's wedding and had rented 7 condos for our whole group. This condo was a great meeting place for a barbeque and games night. The pool was a nice addition and everyone enjoyed that as well. Location was close to the Harbour Town Golf club so that was good for all of us. Would highly recommend this unit. HH is a great place for a wedding too.

Guys golf trip. All was as advertised. The bunk beds were not loved by the guys that drew the short straw. They said they were not that comfortable. Otherwise great!

The furniture in the house is extremely cheap. Beds were not comfortable. The stairs are inconvenient, we did not even enjoy the top deck because it was too much to climb. The dryer did not work properly and took our clothes multiple cycles to dry. The ice machine had a chemical taste to it. There’s only 3 parking spaces for a 16 person house and it was extremely tight fitting. We had to move vehicles to access the bikes in the garage. We weren’t able to rent bikes for everyone because limited space. However, the pool was a great add on and it’s in walking distance to Harbour Town. Water pressure in the showers were nice and the hot water heater never ran out. We made the best out of our stay but I would not book this home again or recommend it to any friends or family. The price was high and it was not satisfactory by no means. Almost impossible to call and speak with the host or receive a call back.

The home's multi-level layout is clearly shown in the listing photos, allowing guests to determine whether the layout is a good fit for their group before booking. Additionally, the listing clearly states that the property accommodates a maximum of three vehicles. We were not made aware of any concerns regarding the dryer or any of the other items mentioned during your stay. Had we been notified, we would have gladly investigated the dryer and addressed any maintenance concerns while you were in residence. In fact, the only communication we received during or after your stay was regarding an Apple Watch that had been left behind, and no additional concerns were raised during that conversation. We appreciate your comments regarding the furnishings and have already shared your feedback with the homeowner. In fact, one of the living room sofas was recently replaced, and we continually evaluate guest feedback when considering future updates. Thank you for being a returning guest of Island Rentals of Hilton Head. We truly appreciate your past business and wish you the very best in your future travels.

Chill place, great location

Island rentals was very easy to deal with and very responsive. House was great for chill week. Furnishings were very basic and functional --NOT LUXURY. Ice machine was quirky-worked then did not. Not a big deal. No blow dryer. POOL WAS LOVELY.

Overall

This property was ok. Couldn't get spa to work. There was nothing extra. One bar of soap for each bathroom. There was one small spoon and one wine glass. Mostly just a hodge podge of kitchen stuff. No long lounge chairs by the pool

Family Friendly Harbour Town Home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were in town for a wedding at the HT Yacht Club, and this home and location could not have been better. The house was well-appointed, offering public spaces that comfortably accommodated both adults and kids. The main floor layout and pool area provided the perfect space to host some additional family members for a short time while the kids could enjoy the 4th-floor bonus area or the "secret" game room created in the second garage. One of the big wins for this house is the inclusion of bikes and beach chairs. Considering the additional expense these add to vacations, including them with the rental was a nice value-add. Overall, we really enjoyed the space and will look at 7 Genoa Ct the next time we have a family event in Sea Pines.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved being able to walk to Harbor Town and to Links at Sea Pines. Additionally, it was the perfect location for biking. The pool was a nice addition. We loved being able to cool off in it. And, it was great that we didn't have to leave our two small dogs at home. Just a few small repairs/changes needed to the homes: the dishwasher didn't want to turn off and the mattresses weren't as soft as we'd hoped. Other than that, it suited all of our needs. The staff at Island Rentals were prompt and professional too, which was helpful.
