Walk out from this amazing ground floor apartment and within 3 steps you are on Seven Mile Beach with all that it has to offer.
Protected cove on your doorstep, great for the little ones to get them into sea safely. The main part of the Grandview beach gives easy access to the water. Some good snorkeling right off the beach, snorkel is easily rented at dive shop in yellow plaza behind this condominium, or you are welcome to bring your own and explore this great cove.
The Grandview complex has a substantial sized pool and grassed area suitable for all ages. There are also beach loungers, tables and gazebo perfect for having lunch by the pool. Or enjoy lounging in the shade under our Grandview protected trees - few that are still standing on seven mile beach.
Apartment is spacious with a well equipped kitchen - easy to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner. Living area/dining area and kitchen is all open plan and lots of room to stretch out and for kids to play indoors.
Ground floor apartment, open the curtains and you look out directly onto Seven Mile Beach. End of complex unit means very little foot traffic.

Apartment has 2 bedrooms. One master bedroom with king bed and en-suite washroom, double basin. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds. Great for small families.

Suladda and her daughter-in-law were very accommodating. We had some minor issues which they took care of quickly. Place is clean. Suladda's artwork is beautiful! Would definitely come back.

We had a wonderful stay in condo #111. The host was easy to communicate with, friendly, and helpful. We had a couple of special requests for which they were very accommodating. The unit is spacious and comfortable. The screened patio and direct access to the beach were fantastic. Overall, the complex was pretty quiet with a nice pool and hot tub. There were plenty of chairs by the pool and on the beach. I would highly recommend a stay here.

The location of the condo is the greatest. Seven mile beach is right outside our back door and restaurants and other activities are close.

Great place. Great location south end of 7 mile beach.Kitchen well stocked. Short walk to sandy beach loved it. Only complaint is safe wasn't working

Family Friendly

We had such a great stay at this property. The location can’t be beaten - end unit, ground floor, walk right out on the beach and great snorkeling just footsteps away. Our boys loved playing tennis and we visited the pool and hot tub at least twice a day. We will definitely be back!

It was nice and clean and a good location. We did have to worry about the beach being overcrowded we pretty much had it to ourselves. It was a little more rocky in this area than we would’ve preferred but overall beautiful here

Pleasant weekend at the Grandview

We wanted a weekend near Georgetown before we moved to the East End for a weeklong stay, and the Grandview was perfect for that. The place was clean and nicely arranged, with great access to the beach (with a nice shade tree). We really enjoyed a local bar and a breakfast place within walking distance, but the traffic heading into downtown for dinner was intolerable.

Perfect Place

This unit was beautiful and spacious with easy access to the beach. The neighborhood was very quiet when i went in late September. It fel like we had that corner of the beach to ourselves. Amazing views. There was a lovely spot to picnic in the shade of a gorgeous tree.

Perfect for Family Getaway!

They property was as described and met our needs perfectly. With two teens, we stayed busy diving and snorkeling and the condo was a great home away from home for the week. Conveniently located with nice pool and great access to beach snorkeling, groceries, and restaurants.The construction next door is still going on, but was only loud a few times for ten or twenty minutes at a time. We would love to go back and stay there again.

The condo was clean and in a good location. The only unfortunate problem with the property is the noise from the 15 story high rise being built next to the condo. I would recommend this condo in about 6 months when the construction stops.

Beautiful spot in paradise

The property is as expressed in pictures on the listing. Beautiful, on the beach, view of the water from the living room and screened in porch. Steps out the door to the beach and beach chairs. So peaceful. Beautiful complex pool with ample chairs, hottub attached to pool area. Property is within walking distance to restaurants, grocery, liquor store. Weather was beautiful, 80-85 degrees each day.

We loved it and would absolutely stay again.

Clean, quiet, and convenient. We LOVED our stay at Unit 111! Literally just a few footsteps to the beach. The unit was well-appointed, with everything we needed. The grounds were very clean and well maintained. Other than the daytime construction noises of a building going up next door, we couldn't get over how quiet and peaceful it was here. This was money well-spent and we would definitely stay here again. Tip if grocery shopping: We found Fosters Camana Bay to be the best choice for groceries nearby. Kirks is a bit closer, but MUCH more expensive.

Grandview Condo - Grand Cayman

A friend and I stayed for 5 days and had a wonderful time. Primary focus of the trip was scuba diving with Off the Wall Divers. Condo is a first floor, corner unit, with a very nice screened in porch with a door that walks right out on to the beach. One of the few properties that still has a very nice beach, also has a concrete pier to walk out to water. Large pool with plenty of space and chairs. Convenient location to restaurants and 15 minute walk down to Kirk's Grocery store for supplies. Also, very convenient for Off the Wall Divers to pick us up and drop us off each day of diving. Unit was very clean and spacious, lots of windows and direct view of beach and ocean.
