The unit is very updated, clean and nice! It was quiet and relaxing. It’s close to the entrance for the complex but farther to walk to the beach. There are three pools which are nice, clean and weren’t busy. The private beach is incredible! It’s not busy and there are great chairs provided for use. We really enjoyed our stay here! Using the free shuttle service was great to get around and there’s a pick up spot right across the street which was very convenient! We really enjoyed our stay here! Both in the unit and in Siesta Key!

Great stay overall. Communication was quick from the moment I reached out, and the host kept us updated before and during the trip. The unit is right at the front of the property near the gate, and the beach is about an 8‑minute walk; exactly as they mentioned. We had two kids with us, and while we didn’t have to carry them, they did complain a little that it felt long, so keep that in mind.The place was clean and well stocked with towels (including beach towels), kitchen basics, coffee, and newer appliances. Lots of seating, and the bedroom still felt roomy even with two beds. Washer/dryer is older and low capacity but worked fine, and they had beach gear ready to use.Bathroom was clean with toiletries and enough TP for our group of five. We didn’t use the patio, but it’s close to the grill, play area, and one of the pools. Parking tags for two cars were a nice bonus, and the hose by the door made rinsing off sand easy.I just wish they had a few cooking staples like oil, salt, pepper, and soy sauce. Also, they allow shorter stays, which is a big plus since many properties require five nights or more.We’d definitely stay here again.

Amazing hidden gem!

We book this about 10 days prior to deciding to go to Florida to escape the cold. What a wonderful little hidden Gem. The pool was in walking distance from our back door in a perfect position where the morning sun was prime for tanning. The beach was just a couple hundred yards siesta key Village was definitely in walking distance or a short bike ride.. we were able to ride our bikes along the private beaches. We will be back!
