The spacious primary suite is a private space with a stunning en suite primary bath. With 2 bathrooms equipped with a hair dryer and shower, guests will feel right at home. You will appreciate the convenience of your laundry closet, private patio and covered parking directly outside your door. A quick walk to the private part of famous Siesta Key beach, where beach chairs are provided free of charge for your convenience. Jamaica Royale is on a private lane that leads directly to the beach with no through traffic and no streets to cross ~ just go to the famed white sands of Siesta Key Beach. There are three pools and plenty of lounge chairs to enjoy the beach life. Enjoy quiet, beachfront seclusion where you can soak up the sun, cool off in the water and view the beautiful sunsets. You are steps to the beach where you can walk the white quartz sand that is soft underneath you while enjoying the tranquility of soft waves splashing, and beautiful turquoise waters. The drum circle is sure to entertain you some nights or just sit and watch a beautiful sunset. If you prefer, at any given time of the day, you can catch the shuttle which will transport you up and down Siesta Key to your favorite entertainment spot, dinner, and/or shopping You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place. **Even though newly renovated, we currently purchased the condo. We are replacing the living room and dining are furniture. More pictures will be available soon**

We have owned on Siesta Key since 1985. We currently have 3 amazing rental properties on Siesta Key, all complexes are on the beachside. No roads to cross and beach chairs are provided at the private beach entrance.
We are originally for NJ and moved to beautiful Sarasota about 5 years ago. We love being close to Siesta Key and our condos.
Our properties on vrbo are 927448, 2568355 and our newest property at Jamaica Royale 4933619. All are 2br/2ba one has a great view of the beach, one is a private villa, it is like having your own beachside villa. Now a great villa at Jamaica Royale which has 3 pools and a beautiful path to the beach.

Why they chose this property

We have been coming to Siesta Key since the 1980's and love it more each year!! The cool white powdery quartz sand is like not other. Siesta Key can be laid back, but there is also many things close to do. The free hop on and hop off trolley that will take you anywhere on The Key is so fun. It even takes you to the famous Siesta Key Village. No need to worry about parking. This just adds to the Island Vibe. The Sunday at dust drum circle is a favorite of everyone.

What makes this property unique

Jamaica Royale had 3 heated pools. One being right by the beach!! So convent can go to any of the 3 large pools. The attached villa has covered parking right in front of your door. You do not need to walk or take an elevator. There are amazingly beautiful common areas with lush green grass and places to sit and enjoy the full view of the beach and colorful Gulf waters.
