The property was very nice. I'd say this was one of the best if not best rental property I've stayed at. They had all the things you'd need and more honestly. The only "negative" is that if you or those in your part are sleeping in the back room, since it is a duplex rental. It could be quite noisy for those in that room due to the other rental being above that room. It wasn't a deal breaker by any means. Just something to take note of. Otherwise 10/10 stay.
The Good: comfortable master bed, good location. Far enough away from the Livingston train tracks so the train noise is not a big deal. The Bad: Nothing bad, just weird,.. There is an attached apartment above the back rooms of the house, and the house is not sound proofed for such a dwelling. The back room was mostly unusable. The tenants were not noisy per se, just early risers when we wanted to sleep after a wedding. It is a sound proofing issue where you can hear every step and word spoken. We were barely at the house, so it was fine for us. Just be aware this is not a "whole house rental." Feels more like condo living.
Great location! 5 minutes to downtown and 30 minutes to Bozeman. Also about 30 minutes to the Chico hotsprings. Space for our family of 5. Nice walking trails all around in a nearby community.
Beautiful and spacious property that was able to accommodate everyone in my family, ranging from ages 5 months to 53 years. We all loved everything about this place.
Property worked great for needs. While it wasn’t ready at check in time we were able to drop our bags and meet up with family until it was ready for us. Clean and comfortable, everything as listed online.
Great location . The house was just as advertised and slept 5 adults perfectly. The open kitchen living room was also nice. The house does need some attention to maintanence. However the host did quickly respond to one issue we had. We would stay there again

Everything we thought it would be
The house was beautiful, comfortable and clean. Although it wasn’t ready at check in time. We were able to drop our bags and visit with family in the area until it was ready. We would definitely stay there again. It was perfect for our needs.
Nice clean comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 and half bath. about an hour from Yellowstone entrance. wonderful kitchen area. Pretty well stocked with dishes. Only short on silverware. The neighborhood was quiet. Saw deer two of the days and rabbits were abundant. A good place to relax and visit. Nice view from dining area.
Convenient to Livingston and North Entrance of Yellowstone
Property was very functional for family of 3 with dog. The one downside was that bathroom faucet leaked badly and no repairman was available for the 5 days we were there. Otherwise it woud have been 5 stars
Very nice. Just be careful so you don’t trip on the lip of the front porch

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, listing accuracy
Disliked: Communication, location
Nicer place in not great neighborhood
The place itself is fairly nice and we enjoyed our stay overall…lost power for about an hour and didn’t hear back until the next day but think likely didn’t notify right person when happened… also requested to shorten stay by a day but didn’t hear back for 2 weeks so called and spoke with customer service and they were able to help
Clean and Roomy with comfortable beds and plenty of bathrooms. Unfortunately the upstairs renters made their presence known a little too oftenl. Some insulation, especially on the stairway might help. The metal edging along the front sidewald is a trip hazard. We enjoyed the decor, the ease of check-in and check-out. Livingston is a great place to stay.
Four friends in town for outdoor adventures. Kitchen was great for making meals for the group. Bedrooms were spacious and showers were hot! Everything we needed. We requested an hour early checkin which the manager accommodated, only snafu was the cleaning person wasn’t finished until 2.5 hours later. She was nice and apologetic, just delayed us settling in after a long flight. Would definitely recommend the property.
