Only small issue was the tree out front could use a little pruning as it was scraping the top of our vehicle. Otherwise the place was amazing perfect location to beach and restaurants. We renting bikes from TIMMS to get around.

Love the house and it was a convenient 3-5 minutes from just about everything on the island. Even saw a very cool Armadillo out back of the house in the little yard!Only small things to consider was there were no pot holders we could find (quite the surprise when we cooked dinner in one day :)), I didn't even think to pack those with us.There was a slight issue with the A/C that the host was able to rectify pretty quickly and Mel was great helping us out with that.House was quiet and love the fans in each room and the kids loved the TVs everywhere!Would deff stay here again in the future!

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We are thrilled to hear that you loved the house and its convenient location, and how fun that you got to spot an armadillo in the yard during your stay! We are also glad Mel was able to quickly help with the AC and that your family enjoyed the quiet setting, fans in every room, and TVs for the kids. We appreciate you mentioning the missing pot holders and will be sure to pass that along to our team. We would love to welcome you back for another island getaway!

This property was so welcoming. Very clean and had all of the amenities needed. Coffee maker with coffee, Utensils, pots and pans. Dish washer. Two comfortable living rooms. Tybee is such a great vibe and being in such a comfortable home made it even better. The minor thing was not having a nightstand on both sides for the primary bed but that's it. It was nice having a washer and dryer on site as well.Show up in vacation mode, with some of your favorite vacation meals/snacks and this place will do the rest. Enjoy!

We are so happy to hear that you found the home so welcoming, clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything you needed for your Tybee Island getaway. It is great to know that the two living rooms, kitchen amenities, and washer and dryer helped make your stay even more convenient. We appreciate your note about the nightstand in the primary bedroom and are glad that was the only minor concern. We would love to welcome you back for another relaxing Tybee Island vacation!

Place was spotless

This place looked like a brand new home inside, it was spotless and beautiful. Everything we needed was there. Could not have asked for a better place to stay, walkable to the north beach. Management company texted to make sure we did not need anything and were very easy to communicate with. Great place to Stay!!!!

Great place to stay

This property was perfect for us. It had everything we needed to cook breakfast every morning. The property was exactly as listed. It was very clean. The property manager even checked in with us to make sure there wasn't anything we needed. It was very close to everything, but still in a quiet neighborhood. We would stay here again.
