Perfect spot for authentic E-city experience

Perfect location and a great setup for friends to gather. Central to Everglades City with views of the river and the Rod and Gun Club, this house has a great setup for relaxing on the deck to watch a sunset after a day of fishing.

From the owner: "Jerry, we appreciate your comments about cleanliness and organization. We strive to keep it clean and organized. We rented an Airbnb several years ago and it was not good too few dishes & silverware and not clean. We were determined to keep it clean and furnished with plenty of necessities. We hope you return to our charming city."

Fantastic Everglades Getaway

I have been coming to the Everglades for 30 years and this is the best place I have stayed. The hosts were very accessible and helpful. House is in the perfect location with unobstructed view of the Baron River and right across the street from the historic Rod and Gun Club which also has a boat ramp….and very convenient to river store, restaurants, hardware store and fishing store

Perfect stay

I had a wonderful stay here with my parents and two teenage boys. Great for all three generations! Cute house, clean, and very well stocked with all the essentials and then some. The location was lovely - it overlooks the river and an active Osprey nest in a very quiet part of town. The wraparound deck was the perfect place to relax with a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at night.

Everglades City home

Our stay at 301 Broadway in Everglades City, Fl. was perfect! This house was clean and had EVERYTHING you could need. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked making it easy having family and friends over for the saturday night cookout! The house had a welcoming feel as if it was your own home! The owners stopped by letting us know if we needed anything they were close by. The Kelly family highly recommends this vacation home!!!
