Accommodating stay in the beautiful Illinois country.

Host was timely with communications, the place was perfect for us and our dog, all the amenities were on site, it was easy to access and come and go from Alto Pass.

Wonderfully Zen

We are repeat visitors. The cottage is clean, beautifully furnished with everything you need and many extras. They provide bountiful supplies, fluffy towels and a kitchen you could cook a 10 course meal. We especially love the screened in porch where the view is amazing.

We had a great time at the Bitty House.

The accommodations are nice, it’s quiet and always clean. We’ve stayed here several times over the years and it never disappoints! We appreciate the owners reaching out to us ahead of time to let us know about some heating issues that they had resolved and went out of their way to provide back ups just in case. We’ll be back for sure!

My getaway to the Bitty House was very comfortable and relaxing.

Being on a mountain top, seeing the Bald Knob Cross Monument, nature all around are some of the excellent points of this house.

Great place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Bitty House. The Peach Barn Winery was great as well. Scott & Jenny are awesome hosts and the winery staff was wonderful. We will return!

Hosts communicated well and addressed our questions and concerns regarding our dog in the house. All the amenities were there. It was easy to come and go — no tricky parking nor obstacles into the house. We were visiting for a wedding and so it was a very convenient place for us. We enjoyed our stay!

Great house - beautiful location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. It is very well appointed. The location is perfect and every view is stunning. The large screened in porch was our favorite spot for coffee in the mornings and a glass of wine or two in the evenings!

Cute house, Perfect Lication!
