Beautifully updated mid-mod mountain charm is waiting for you.

Relax after a day of skiing, hiking or just walking around downtown Breckenridge. Enjoy updated living room furniture! Settle in with cozy features such as a gas fireplace and large 4k UHD TV with satellite cable and streaming/blu-ray for a cozy show after a perfect day on the mountain. Unwind with the forest view from the roomy balcony, complete with a gas grill, or take in the scene from the light-filled floor-to-ceiling living room windows.

There is room for your whole group with a king master and en-suite bath, additional bedroom with double over queen bunk bed and sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress in the living room. Luxury linens and fresh duvet covers placed for each stay.

Just a five-minute walk (appx 370 meters) and over the bridge to the lift(s) and up you go for your day of skiing! A quick walk to Main Street or the Village, restaurants and shops are just a few minutes away. Don't want to walk? The Breck shuttle (Gray line) stops right outside the building - it doesn't get any more convenient to go explore the town or mountain at an exceptional value!

OPEN: 1st day of ski season through last day of FULL mountain being open OR mid April (roughly, beginning of November through mid April); hours: 2 PM - 8 PM daily
CLOSED: Until the day before Memorial Day (roughly, mid-April through end of May)
OPEN: Memorial Day through Labor Day (roughly, end of May through beginning of September); hours: 10 AM - 8 PM daily
CLOSED: After Labor Day until 1st day of ski season (roughly, beginning of September through beginning of November)

Beautiful and charming condo 5 minute walk to ski lifts and ski rental store. 10 minute walk to downtown Main Street! The owner answered all my questions prior to arrival. The condo was fully equipped with plenty of bathroom towels. The beds were comfortable. We loved the duvet covers! The kitchen had plenty of pots and pans and baking trays. Might need replacing soon, but nonetheless they worked. We had a great vacation and will definitely stay at this property again if in Breckenridge next year.

Great spot for the family

This was a great spot to stay! A quick walk to quicksilver. My daughter took ski lessons at beaver creek. The 2bed/2bath apartment was perfect for my daughter and I. It would be great for a small family. It’s also a short walk to Main Street to shop around. Great location and great rate.

Why they chose this property

After all the hustle and bustle of dowtown Breckenridge and the ski area, it is nice to have a serene, relaxing location that is just steps away. We love the complete remodel/updates throughout and the large windows all encased in a mid-mod mountain feel. We hope you do as well!

Location, location, location! It is minutes from AND lifts with a shuttle stop right out the front door. Downtown and the lifts are within a 5 minute walk. You can park your car and enjoy you stay. Enjoy the full remodel and it's ultra clean so you can relax in ultimate comfort. Brand new pool/hot tub complex just a 2-minute walk away.
