Great location, restful, and clean. Good communication with host. Plenty of restaurants, groceries, and transportation nearby, as well. Minimal issues - mainly key pickup/dropoff was inconvenient. We had an early departure flight necessitating the use of a 24-hour location that was 2.25 km/1.4 mi. away from the apartment.

Great location

The apartment was very clean and modern. It was the best location for seeing and doing things in Sydney. Although we has problems checking in, getting the key, the management team was very helpful and responsive.

First visit to Sydney

Fabulous location. Walk to Opera House, market, the Rocks, aquarium, Chinatown, shopping and restaurants. Condo was well stocked with appliances and condiments, everything needed for a short stay. Concierge was kind and helpful. Location made it easy to explore the city.

Pyrmont = Location!

Really loved the location - worked well for us; my only complaint is the gym - non-existent (old, malfunctioning equipment, rusted equipment) - would have been so convenient for the Sydney rain experienced during our stay; however the apartment itself was lovely, with great A/C and a washer and dryer

CBD Apartment

This apartment was very centrally located and fit our needs perfectly. We asked for the king bed to be seperated into twins and it was not made up that way, but management sent someone back to fix this the first afternoon.

Great location

Great location. Check in process was a little annoying as the key pickup is at a different location, about a 5-10 minute walk away. You get a second set of keys in the apartment, but they are useless without a second tag to get in the building and up the lift to the apartment. Really close to transport and walking distance to darling harbour precinct and circular quay. Overall happy with it though.

Great location for family of 4. Clean and tidy. However only 1 lift key making it difficult to go out separately. We asked for twin beds but they forgot to do that and then took until the next day to separate beds but kept telling us they were coming. Sink leaked in kitchen.

Fabulous apartment in a central location

The property is located close to Circular Quay. The key pickup was a simple process in a nearby location that is open 24 hours - which for us was great due to needing a very early check out. The rooms were lovely and the self catering equipment was surprisingly thorough. The rooms were very quiet, the sound proofing was very good and the city noise couldn’t be heard at all inside. In terms of convenience it was perfect. There were lots of restaurants and trendy bars nearby, a short walk to the Sydney Opera House, great public transport and even a Coles Express nearby to pick up breakfast supplies.

Horrible Host

Booked this based on the positive reviews. Turns out the property was OK but the host is the worst I have ever dealt with and I travel 150 nights per year.PROS:LocationNewer buildingCONS:AC very weak (bedrooms were a sauna)Beds not setup as described then was told it would be 77 to changeNo lock on the doorDoor knob falling offQuoted me 75 for early check in then changed it to 200 once I had bookedRefusing to communicate via phone for urgent mattersEarly AM departure requires key drop all the way across townSummary:The real problem here is the host. They provide a number to call for issues but then when you call they say all communication must be done via email. Fine but they take 24 hours to respond. Not ideal when you have things like a broken AC. The host really went out of their way to waste my time (tell me I needed to be home so they could send people to fix the issues) but then no one ever showed up. It took them THREE DAYS just to respond to my initial request! I wasted many hours sitting in the flat waiting for people to show up that never did. Too many issues and problems to list.I escalated through VRBO but the host lied and told them everything was fixed. Absolute worst experience ever. Ruined our vacation. Can not recommend.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re genuinely sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations and regret that you felt let down during your stay. We would like to clarify that we did our best to promptly address the concerns raised. The bed configuration was changed to your preference as requested, and both the air conditioning and door handle issues were attended to during your stay. We strive to be transparent about additional charges, including early check-in requests, and aim to keep communication clear and timely—though we understand delays may feel frustrating when issues arise during travel.
