Check in was great, this room is very basic..looks, comfort, necessities ect. Worked well for us, we just needed a place to sleep during our visit. Don't buy the late check in option, we were an hour late to check in..contacted the seller and was told there were no fees.

This apartment is right across the street from Vanderbilt University. It is very walkable to restaurants, coffee shops, and parks in Music Row and The Gulch. We were staying there during Vanderbilt's graduation, and even with the bustling campus, the apartment was nice and quiet. The apartment was very basic and needed a little more attention than it probably receives (ie chipped bedside furniture, lack of hooks, broken shoe rack in closet). The shower definitely could have used a better scrub, and the one side of the bed on the floor looked like it had dried boogers. Luckily, everything else was clean, including the sheets and dishes. The absurdly strong-smelling floor cleaner in the lobby could have been used in the apartment, too. With a little more attention to details this place could be 5 stars!

Very basic room, just be prepared to bring everything you may use. Clean room & safe, walkable area.Customer service is very polite with no action-front door code didn’t work until day 3 of 5. No garage opener or door code-promised never received. Missing toaster. Elevator didn’t work for 3 days!! A major inconvenience when you’re on Flr 5.

The check-in process was smooth overall. It was a bit confusing at first, but once understood, it was easy to navigate. The building layout itself is not within the host’s control.Parking was a major plus, especially for a city like Nashville. I did book a specific room, but about 20 minutes before check-in, my room was changed. The replacement room felt more basic, darker, and slightly smaller. The host did refund 10% of the stay, which helped make the situation acceptable.I accidentally took the parking pass home with me, and the team was very accommodating by allowing me to mail it back without any additional charge.Overall, the stay was pleasant for the short time I was in Nashville.One area for improvement would be additional lighting and better security around the complex. There were several access points where it appeared fairly easy for anyone to enter the building. Although the instructions mentioned a garage access code, the garage door could be opened easily without it. The same applied to the back gate leading to the stairs.The outdoor seating area was nice, but improved lighting would make it more inviting for guests who want to relax in the evening.

Garbage disposal didn’t work and sink was clogged because of it, they offered to send a handyman to get it cleared but didn’t want to have it done while I was there. Also listing said free parking at time of purchase and then by time my trip came up they had changed policy and charged 20 dollars a day. I felt like I got a bait and switch. Amenities said there was a pool, there was not. Other than these few things , the apartment was clean, had everything needed for a comfortable stay including in unit washer and dryer.
