With stained concrete floors throughout, stacked washer and dryer (with detergent), and artsy decor, this cozy apartment will make you feel like you are home. 15 minutes from downtown. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook. This apartment is a fully private apartment with separate entrance, using the entire bottom floor of a 3-story house. Why they chose this property
The neighborhood around this property is a historic neighborhood of all brick construction, and will give you a "home away from home" feeling. Surrounded on two sides by wooded area, this home feels a little like being in the country, even though it is nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood.
What makes this property unique
Even though we are in a residential area, there are woods that line two sides of our house and gives it a more rural feel. The location is amazing, as it is a super quick drive to downtown Nashville, and it is surrounded by GREAT places to eat.
