This full apartment was newly built and designed for those with a modern taste. With stained concrete floors throughout, stacked washer and dryer (with detergent), and artsy decor, this cozy apartment will make you feel like you are home. 15 minutes from downtown. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook. This apartment is a fully private apartment with separate entrance, using the entire bottom floor of a 3-story house. There is also one Ring video doorbell device on the exterior of this unit (in plain sight) for your security. Please let us know a little about yourself and who will be travelling with you! Enjoy!

We enjoyed our stay in this cute and clean apartment! The neighborhood was quiet. We spent some time in Nashville and went to a wedding outside of Nashville so this location was perfect.

We didn't fully utilize the property as we were spending our days with local family. But it was very nicely set up, a lovely quiet place to finish the day in after all the busy-ness of being with the two-year-old grandson. If we do this again, I think we will make more use of the kitchen facilities.

This was a home away from home. The owners have thought of everything a home needs. We didn't have to buy anything except for food. They even have a dishwasher, washer and dryer, all cleaning supplies and charcoal for the grill out back. We had a great stay.

It was a nice quiet neighborhood. It was not to bad to get to from Nashville. The bed was comfortable. The place was decently supplied. One thing I like in my house is Kleenex and it didn’t have any.

Ben and Kassie are amazing. The ultimate hosts. Their place is Darling and in the perfect location to reach all different parts around the Nashville metro area. We have stayed multiple times and have always been impressed. You will have everything you need in there warm and welcoming home.

It was a cute small place. Good for a one night stay close to downtown. Id give it a 5 but it had a little mildew smell mixed with some air freshener smell that was a bit overwhelming to me. I loved the vintage decor, including the extremely old holy bible. We had no problems with check in or check out and the neighborhood was nice.

Fantastic Stay

This property was in a great location and met all of our needs. All of the furnishings were very comfortable and the decor was super cute and homey. The wide variety of products in the bathoom was a plus. The property manager was super friendly and helpful.

Why they chose this property

The neighborhood around this property is a historic neighborhood of all brick construction, and will give you a "home away from home" feeling. Surrounded on two sides by wooded area, this home feels a little like being in the country, even though it is nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood.

What makes this property unique

Even though we are in a residential area, there are woods that line two sides of our house and gives it a more rural feel. The location is amazing, as it is a super quick drive to downtown Nashville, and it is surrounded by GREAT places to eat.
