Tucked away on a quiet residential street, it is only a mile from the Grand Ole Opry, Opryland Resort and Convention Center, Opry Mills Mall, movies, restaurants, the General Jackson Showboat rides and beautiful walking/biking trails. Only 10 minutes to downtown and 15 minutes from the airport. Our cozy home has a relaxing partial view of the Cumberland River, en-suite bathrooms, TV and Wifi/cable. It has wood paneling throughout the main body of the house and hardwood floors. Suitable for 4 adults. We have a well-stocked kitchen and provide nice linens and the essentials such as shampoo and soap. This home is on a street where TV shows are shot to give the impression that the setting is out in the country. This was our home for a number of years and our friends named it the Hobbit House. Several years ago we moved to a larger house just 4 doors away, but we loved this house too much to sell it, and Richard still tends his organic garden here. This home is not for people who want everything to be new. It is the home where we raised our children. It has been lived in - and loved.
