The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Take ALL trash out. Take to curb on Wed
Unplug the coffee maker
Put all towels on the W/D. Please start a load of towels
Turn on dishwasher & run garbage disposal. Please return dishes to the cabinets
Turn OFF propane tank on BBQ, Clean grill and cover it.
Turn off pool and flood lights
Put chaise lounges, BBQ back to where they were found. Put rocks on lounge chair to protect from high winds.
Lock all windows, glass doors, east garage door, Including the 2nd bedroom sliding door
Turn off lights, ceiling fans and heaters
Turn the A/C to AWAY. Press the AWAY button in bottom left corner.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Why they chose this property
Pool, comfort and convenience! This is NOT your typical 'furnished for renters' property. It is tastefully decorated, with quality furniture and appliances. There are two master bedrooms on a split floor plan, all large rooms and plenty of space to enjoy inside and out. Even though the house is music themed, it is not a 'party' house. Great place for a family or couples.
