Hi Rich, we’re sorry to hear that your stay did not fully meet your expectations. After reviewing your feedback, we reached out to the homeowner, who shared the following: -The guest arrived hours before check-in, prompting a review of the driveway camera. The reservation was for two guests in a no-pet home, but eight people and two dogs were seen on the porch. Evolve was contacted for guidance. The cameras do not monitor indoor spaces. -On behalf of Evolve, we want to clarify that Evolve does not ask guests about their disability or require documentation for a service animal, in accordance with company policy. -When the hot tub’s water level was reported, a service company was dispatched within an hour to resolve it. The hot tub receives weekly maintenance. -The listing clearly states that the garage is not accessible, and this information was available before arrival. We encourage guests to review the listing details to ensure their expectations are met. -We provide a fire log in the fireplace, but additional firewood is not included. There is a private firewood storage area on the property, which was accessed despite being sealed for owner use. -The washing machine overflowed due to excessive detergent use, triggering the emergency shutoff system. Guests were informed that once the water dried, the machine could be used again. -Guests have full control of the thermostat. It appears it was set to eco mode, which automatically lowers the temperature to 58°F if no movement is detected for several hours. We're committed to providing the best experience for every guest and look forward to welcoming more satisfied guests, as seen in our previous and recent reviews.

Typically, guests are instructed to use the back door with a keypad lock for added security. We understand your frustration and promptly sent a maintenance person to unlock it for you. - Ensuring cleanliness is a top priority for us, and we apologize for any oversight in your experience. Our housekeeper promptly addressed concerns by providing new bed linens and towels. Additionally, we offer two types of hand soap, to cater to different preferences. We also appreciate your feedback regarding toilet paper. Typically, there are ample rolls in each bathroom, and our housekeeper brought an additional pack the next morning to ensure your comfort.- While we couldn't accommodate a late checkout due to scheduled housecleaning, we appreciate your understanding.Your feedback is vital, and we hope it doesn't overshadow your overall experience.
