Very large, clean and comfortable vacation home with fabulous views out the back, bonus of pickle ball/tennis court in back we were able to use. Close to Williamstown Center and nice grocery store. Great communication with the professional in charge of managing the house! For us, the fact that the well equipped kitchen is on the lower level of the house with no windows was fine given we were only there for a weekend.
This house is stunningly beautiful! We had a track meet at Williams College. The house is located in a wonderful friendly picturesque neighborhood. Some of us walked to the track, some walked back, some biked/drove.We ate delicious sandwiches at Spring St Cafe, great coffee at Tunnel coffee.Dinner at Williams Inn and Grazie in North Adams .With all that and perfect weather, Taconic house was the highlight of our stay.It has everything and more. It is on a whole other level for a rental property. We will definitely be back.
Absolutely stunning views! Huge yard! Amazing outside seating area! Interesting home layout with kitchen downstairs but plenty of room and a wonderfully appointed home.

Berkshire Bliss
We loved this beautifully appointed home. The two king bed master suites with full baths were especially nice for two couples. There is a bunk room downstairs with 2 bunk beds. The living room is lovely with a wood burning fireplace and plenty of wood on the side of the house. The highlight for us was watching the leaves change before our eyes on the patio at sunset every night. Great stay!
The house and the view over the expansive lawn facing the mountains was beautiful. The outside stone patio and gardens were a wonderful place to sit and relax. Everything needed for cooking meals was available along with all the comfortable areas inside the house made for a perfect vacation!
Everything about this property was just great. Only wish we could have stayed longer. Williamstown is a quaint College town and this home is just minutes from lots of restaurants and activities. This would be high on our list of places to return to.
Vast space, great setup for two families with a very functional and well-equipped though windowless kitchen. Julia was very responsive and discreet.

Lovely house
Oh the weather outside was frightful, but inside the house was delightful. Our mini winter getaway was extra cold and windy, but we still loved it thanks to this beautiful and well equipped house.
We could not have been happier! The setting is breath taking! We rode bikes all over the area & the location was perfect! We found some of our best pictures right on the property! We enjoyed all aspects of the place from fruit trees, pickleball and the firepit! The place made our trip!!
We had a great stay at Taconic. The rooms were spacious. The view was beautiful. The lounge area was comfy. The kitchen is smaller but the quality of the appliances were spectacular. Towels, paper goods, linens, etc were provided which made it so easy.
I stayed here with my husband, two year old, and my parents to attend a wedding in Williamstown. It was the perfect quiet beautiful place to recharge! The two primary bedrooms are on the same floor as the front door, and the room with bunk beds is on the lower level, as is the kitchen. It was nice that the kids room got so dark for sleeping.
The property was beautiful and clean. There was a detailed book with information about the house. Information about check-in was clear and easy to follow. I had to get in touch with the guest contact once about a question, and she responded very quickly. For those who like to cook, the kitchen appliances were top of the line. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back in a heartbeat!
We got three generations of family together to celebrate an 80th birthday for the weekend. This facility had everything we wanted, gorgeous views, in a great location, and a bonus extra - a full house back-up generator. The remnants of a hurricane came through on our first day of our stay and it was great having power in the house while mother nature had other ideas.
Huge, clean, beautiful house, equipped with everything you can imagine (including an epic collection of books and games). The view from the windows is stunning, and the location is perfect. We loved it and would stay again.A few things to note:(1) We weren't given clear instructions on how to check in. There are three houses on the property, and we weren't told which one was the one we rented. Also, we were given the code to enter the house, but no instructions on how to enter the code--we had to call the local property manager for help. (You have to hit the house button on the pin pad before entering the code.) The property manager was very responsive and helpful.(2) The house is temperature controlled via forced air, which was quite loud (we stayed in the winter on some particularly cold days), and also created very dry conditions in the house--we all had cracked skin by the end of our stay.(3) The kids room (with two bunk beds) is downstairs, while the adult rooms are upstairs. For older kids this is great, but if you have a toddler, this could be a little dangerous--if they decide to come find you in the middle of the night, they'll have to ascend a fairly steep staircase in the dark to get to your bedroom.(4) The kitchen is downstairs, and there's a dining area next to it but no windows in that room so it's a bit depressing. We dined upstairs--beautiful, but meant we schlepped meals upstairs.Despite these, it's a fantastic place to stay. Highly recommended!
