Nassau Village 7 is a charming 2-level townhouse situated on the canal, offering 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. On the first floor, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances, a dining and living area furnished with modern decor, and a convenient half bath. Step out onto the deck off the living room, where you can relax while enjoying views of the canal, complete with a table and chairs. Take the spiral staircase to the second floor, which houses the 2 bedrooms and a full bath. The master bedroom has its own deck overlooking the outdoor pool. The townhouse is equipped with 3 TVs, free Wi-Fi, and central A/C. Parking is available for 1 car. The property is non-smoking, and pets are prohibited.
