Your family of 8 will enjoy this Spacious 3 bedroom, 2 Bath, Ocean Block Condo located on 25th street featuring panoramic views of the ocean and bay from the large wrap around balcony one block from the boardwalk. This Beauty offers an open floor plan with warm southern exposure. The living room features vaulted ceilings, fireplace, ceiling fan and a queen sleeper sofa. Your family will enjoy preparing meals in the fully equipped kitchen including a Flex Brew coffee maker and an Air Fryer. For your added convenience there is a washer and dryer. The primary bedroom features a king bed, tv and private bath with shower/tub combo. The second bedroom features a queen bed and ceiling fan. The third bedroom features 2 Twin beds, tv, and a ceiling fan. The hall bath offers a shower/tub combo.
Property rents Saturday to Saturday in season, and any 3 nights off season. The building complex features an elevator, community pool, and 2 parking passes.
Guests supply bed linens, towels, paper goods and soaps. An optional linen package is available to purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. No smoking/vaping permitted. No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25. We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of our properties including photos, descriptions, pricing and amenities shown above. Although they are deemed reliable, they cannot be guaranteed. We stayed for the Crusin Ocean City - car show weekend! It was very comfortable and we could see the cars cruisn both streets from the balcony.

First and foremost, I appreciate several things about this condo. It is well-laid out, the kitchen is well stocked with pans, utensils, mugs, etc. The patio would have been great had we not been in town for a nor'easter. And location is GREAT!BUT there were several things our group of 6 noticed that were pretty big turn-offs.-We had to RENT sheets & bath towels; Never in my whole life have I rented an air bnb or VRBO that charged us extra for basic necessities. Also, the sheets were NOT clean. They had stains and were made of cheap fabric.  -We had to MAKE UP our own beds! We traveled all day and took multiple flights to arrive at the condo late at night to find a plastic trash bag of sheets by the door. That is ridiculous.-Speaking of check-in, you have to travel 40 blocks from the actual condo location to check-in. The door lock is a KEYPAD. There is no reason to make people Lyft/Uber 40 blocks to get a handwritten code. Email would work!-There were no hair dryers. Again, never experienced that before.-No initial TP, paper towels, trash bags, toiletries, etc. We didn't expect them to be provided, but usually you get a few small amenities to tide you over until you get to the store. NADA.-None of the ceiling fans worked properly. They spun at a glacial pace that did not adequately circulate air.  -All the beds had little kid mattress pads on them - the kind that crunch beneath you if you move. Very annoying and uncomfortable. -Showers scream at you. LOUDLY.

We clearly state on our website at the property level, your lodging agreement that you signed and your pre-arrival letter that sheets, towels, soaps and paper products are not provided. Also on your lodging agreement is the property address and the check-in location. This is certainly not an uncommon situation in Ocean City, MD, however, I am sorry if you misunderstood. I am sure that the weather had a negative impact on your plans. We are always here if you wish to call and clarify anything prior to your next arrival.
