Centrally located four bedroom two bathroom home located walking distance to beach, shops tavern and club.
With two TVs, an outdoor entertaining area and a large backyard this home is ideal to make your holiday as care free as possible.
Bedding configuration consists of 2x Queen Bed, 1x Double Bed, 2x Single Beds k.

OUTSIDE PETS ONLY WELCOME - Outside pets are welcome and can sleep in the garage - at no time are pets permitted inside the house. All pet droppings must be removed by the guest and guests are responsible for any damage caused by the pet to the property.

A $700 security deposit is required on each booking.

Please note guests are responsible for providing their own linen for this property (sheets, pillowcases, beach towels, bath towels and tea towels).

Spacious, well equipped home.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: we had 5 adults and two small children staying and there was plenty of room for everybody. The second lounge room was a bonus, as was the well equipped kitchen. Well situated - an easy walk to the supermarket and beach.Plenty of parking.

Disappointing!!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When searching for a holiday rental the filters we used were "pet friendly" and "air conditioned". The property does not have a yard secure enough for our dog. The property is not air conditioned, we travelled when temperatures were reaching 35 degrees, in summer. Other issues included:Council bins over flowing on our arrival. No room in the recycling bin for us to utilise until half way through our stay so we had to travel to the recycling centre in tuncurry to dispose of our recycling.Broken outdoor chair on the back veranda. A neighbour mowing the lawn on our arrival at 5:30pm on a Saturday so we were unable to settle ourselves, or try and settle our pet in after a 6 hour car trip.Rear sliding door screen with multiple tears which caused a major issue with bugs entering ++++, the lock mechanism on the screen door is also faulty and the door either slides open or locks, which was very problematic during our stay. Very poor value for money, the home is tired, grubby and very disappointing considering the rate we paid which was over $300 per night.Stains on the carpets, grubby stained furniture, and old mattresses on the beds, pet hair +++ on carpets. On a positive note- we have previously stayed at quality accomodation nearby and we loved the central location of the home which was an easy walk to black head beach and the local shops and clubs. There was also ample room for our family of four. It was nice that there were some staple pantry items, cleaning materials, ample cutlery, crockery and pans etc available.
