This perfect getaway home offers the peace and quiet of Rye backstreets, whilst still remaining only a kilometre away from the heart of Rye. The two-story recently renovated property is clean and family-friendly with modern bathrooms and multiple living spaces. The vintage style kitchen allows great space to meal prep or enjoy a leisurely coffee at the breakfast bar.

The large private decked balcony boasts gorgeous green views, a perfect spot to soak up the sun, dine al fresco and watch the sunset, enjoying a tall glass over the abounding garden.

The first story has two double bedrooms, kitchen, living & dining areas and a deck. Ground level provides a child-friendly room sleeping up to six people, a bathroom with a shower and a laundry space. Large windows make the room open and light: a perfect backdrop for a game of pool, space for the kids to play or a quiet spot to watch the birds in the garden.

The garden is full of trees, and plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors. From here you can soak up the afternoon sun, read a book or have a nap in the tranquil setting.

Great place to stay

Great weekend away

Our family friends and our family stayed at this well located property in Rye. It was very close to all amenities, shops and the beach! The house was spacious and we had a good time with the kids. One of the best parts was eating out on the deck with amazing views! A good big yard for the kids to play in too! Definitely an enjoyable weekend away!

Fun first time in Rye!!

Great spaces inside and decks/outside! Kitchen well equipped with everything you need. Backyard fully enclosed! Clean and lots of homely comforts. Perfect hosts!! Short walk to Rye beach, coffee shops, supermarket. Highly recommend

Perfect Weekend Getaway!!

My friends and I stayed at the property over the weekend and absolutely loved it!! The location is perfect, a five minute drive to the heart of Rye. Everything was spotless, the kitchen was lovely, heaps of room - perfect for families. We particularly enjoyed the balcony, such a gorgeous view we didn’t want to leave; the garden was so peaceful. Had to drag my friends away from the pool table, easily could’ve stayed a week.

Great home away from home

We had a lovely time and felt very comfortable. The bathrooms are fresh and new, with great showers with hot water! The pool table was enjoyed the most by our preteen kids. The kitchen was spacious and utensils a plenty! Well stocked cupboards with heaps of crockery. Beds were very comfortable too with great doonas and pillows. A great place to stay.

A Fabulous Place to Stay in Every Possible Way

Thoroughly enjoyed our two nights stay. Every little aspect of the house was well thoughtout and was maintained to high standards. Spacious home in a quiet neighbourhood with a large backyard and plenty of things to do ( a good collection of games). Owners were super friendly and helpful. Responds quite quickly and accommodated our genuine request. Will happily recommend to others.

Perfect family get away house in the perfect location

We booked this place as it was walking distance to Rye high street and beach but ended up never wanting to leave the house! The huge deck with stunning views was simply unforgettable! The house is on two levels, the kids space and games room with pool table is downstairs which allowed the adults to enjoy the piece and quiet upstairs! The house was spotlessly clean and the brand new bathroom was also a big plus. We will definitely be back. Thank you!
