Family Visit

Stayed here to visit family. All went well except for our last day when the hot water heater went out. We called Mary and she offered to have plumber come fix it right away. It was our last noise we opted to go to a hotel in Raleigh. Mary refunded us for the last night. She was very responsive and the refund came through quickly. She is a great owner and responsible. Thanks, Mary!

College weekend

The location was great. The house was fine. Exactly like the pictures. It had what we needed while the storm hit the area during parents weekend at ECU. Shower water was extremely hot when someone flushed the toilet. Mary was accommodating with our requests. Thanks Mary.

The house was very clean. The decor could use an update. The communication was good with host. However the host had a lot of rules that were unnecessary. For instance, if our family wanted to come over for dinner that would’ve been an issue, she said no unregistered guest in the condo even if they are not spending the night. This time it wasn’t a big deal because we only came for business not to have fun

Easter stay

It was just a very dark place to stay and way too much furniture. My husband ended up not being able to go and I just didn't feel right staying there. I ended up staying at my daughters house the last 2 nights out of the 3. Just and odd feel to the place. Mary was very kind though when I did not have the right information. No issues with her at all just the look and feel of the place. It was much smaller feeling when you actually got into the home. but it was clean, the areas that you could see. Just a LOT of furniture.

If you like Buddha figurines, really large ones, staring you down everywhere If you like awkward wooden figures crammed into every corner If you like dark dingy red brown and gold colors If you like complete mismatch of furniture If you like being scalded in the shower every time someone flushes the toilet If you like sitting on broken plastic outdoor chairs If you’re good with a host that gets angry when you ask for extra forks And if you like to eat with your fingers because 3 forks were in the drawer and the Owner did not like me asking for more to feed my family If you’re good with a host that is not very accommodating Then this place is for you!

Perfect Location- Skip the hotel! Stay right in town.

This condo is in a perfect location. It is clean open and very welcoming. The beds were comfy. We very much enjoyed celebrating my granddaughter‘s 13th birthday.

This apartment is quiet, comfortable, clean and has great amenities, such as pool, laundry and reliable Wi-Fi. The owner is easily accessible and quick to respond to any issue. I highly recommend!

Ok but…

Nice neighborhood and overall nice place I guess. Our biggest issues were a few bugs and dishes left in the sink. The owner seemed very nice; however, I was surprised that she did not offer any reimbursement back when we left a night early (my sister in law really doesn’t do bugs). She offered $100 back on our next visit which was not a good offer considering. I was also somewhat shocked that we were charged extra to have more than two people…it’s a 2 bedroom condo so one would think it would include up to four people. The shower in the master bedroom is ultra tiny. My husband was in it when a toilet was flushed, and the water went scalding hot…it is so small there is nowhere to move if that happens. So…some things to be fixed but ok overall I guess…it just would have been nice to have some refund of money given the bugs and dishes.

Convention weekend

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Mary was kind to check on us to insure we had what we needed. It was quiet and spacious providing a great relief from attending a convention for the weekend. Would recommend the property if staying in Greenville for any event!

We had a great stay at this beautiful property. Entry was easy once I reread the directions! The location is very good and the surrounding areas were quiet.
