Very nice, very quite the neighborhood was decent the only downside is I missed the driveway a few times its a little hidden. But other than that it was a really nice stay. Very clean and updated on the inside.

This cottage was the cutest place! Very clean, in a quiet location, and the host was wonderful! We loved being so close to the fishing pier. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to booking here again on our next trip!

I have stayed at several VRBO properties and would say this is the worse. Refrigerator not cooling properly Maintenance showed up at 11 pm Was never followed up on Pool that the property advertised is dirty , pump was broken and nobody seemed to know how to fix it Bathroom toilets dirty and shower curtains had film and slime Horrible cost for what was advertised

We enjoyed our stay. There was not much in the immediate area, but it is located within minutes of Branson and all the activities it has to offer. Other than the floor the home was clean. It looked clean but our socks & wiping the floor up it was dirty. The decor was nice yet the seating was not made for comfort, very low to the ground and hard to get out of. My husband enjoy fishing on the lake.

I'm sorry to say this was a disappointment. It has such a nice view of the river across the way and the house was perfect except for the fact the house had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. Dirty sheets and linens. One pillow case had dried blood stains on it. The air filter for the air conditioner had not been changed in what looked liked months. Air conditioner had trouble cooling upon the evening of arrival. When maintenance man took filter out air conditioner cooled better but ran without the filter. Food covered pans hidden in the oven. No extra kitchen towels. The management did provide new sheets but no air filter was ever brought to replace the dirty one. The swimming pool had green algae water in it. Queen size bed has a big sunken worn spot in middle making it difficult to sleep on. We feel like for the price it should have been a much cleaner and nicer place. This one was a disappointment.

We had a nice stay, it was only a day but for what we needed, it worked. Minor issue with the door code, my mistake, but the host was on the ball which was surprising for a Sunday. The only need that they should consider: coffee filters. Likely an oversight, but would have helped my coffee craving. Otherwise, it was a nice quick stay. We will likely be back to enjoy the area during summer boating season. Thanks!

Our stay was nice overall. The place is small, but it had everything we needed and was very well stocked. The bathrooms and kitchen had plenty of supplies, including paper towels, toilet paper, and body wash/shampoo/conditioner. The kitchen also had all the essentials for cooking and dining. One suggestion for the kitchen: the utensils drawer could use a good dusting/clean-out.In the kids’ room with the bunk beds, it would be helpful if the ladder faced outward so smaller kids sleeping on the top bunk could climb up more easily. The bedding also seemed worn, the top bunks were dusty, and the pillowcases on the decorative pillows were dirty.Other than those issues, we had a good stay.

The lake view was beautiful. We did have a couple of issues with the cottage that were quickly resolved. My stay was actually November 7th to the 10th. The cottage had plenty of room for 4 of us. Also had plenty of supplies dishes stuff to cook with and clean up after ourselves. Would definitely consider staying again.

Loved the quaintness of this fishing cottage it’s rustic yet modern. It has everything you. Red and then some. Great location for fishing. Far enough away from Branson to avoid the crowds yet close enough to enjoy. We loved it and will be back. We had three kids and three adults with plenty of room.
