The condo was surprisingly much larger than we expected. The living room couch and extra chairs were nice for our group of 8 to relax together in light of the OC Calling cancellation. Th outdoor deck is awesome to people watch on the boardwalk and enjoy the ocean view. This condo is awesome for the location and ocean front view for a large group.

My family and I had an excellent stay. We had the rare opportunity to see the 13-foot waves from The Nor-Easter, which forced the cancellation of whatever music festival (we checked out the day before the flooding… PHEW!), from the comfort of our huge, private balcony/deck. We loved being right on the boardwalk and having a Thrasher’s a few doors away! The parking isn’t as bad as some have mentioned… yes, the lot is a block away; but, the “blocks” in S.OC. are more like half-blocks… very short walk to the parking. It’s more appropriate to measure the distance in feet than by blocks. The property management company was incredibly communicative and responsive. When there was an incident that I contacted them about, they were very quick to respond with a solution which was promptly scheduled and remedied. The supplied furnishings were appropriate, the beds and linens were comfortable and clean. Same with the towels.No one in my group had a single complaint and we’re already figuring out dates for our next visit.Thank you for sharing your place with us to have an opportunity to love The Beach for a few days. We truly appreciate it.

Family Get Away

We had a great time in OC staying at Sommerset and 2nd! Communication was great!!! Location was awesome! And the condo was perfect for everything we needed. Would highly recommend 😊

Everything regarding this trip was AWESOME! The Management company was extremely proactive. They communicated us before our stay, during our stay, and after our stay—-all to ensure our complete satisfaction! The Condo itself was huge, clean, and had a perfect view of the beach and boardwalk. I would strongly recommend this condo AND the Management Company!

Cruz Family Stay

Overall property is a nice location and if sliding doors are closed you will not hear the folks on the boardwalk. Only downside would be parking and not being able to cookout. Other than that would recommend the stay. Nice views and their system makes for easy check in and out.

Family Trip

The place is in amazing shape. Everything well kept. A lot of extra items you can borrow to take to the beach. Kitchen was really nice & easy to cook in. Nice big bathrooms with space. Balconies are spacious also. Great location. Will book again!

Great Location!

This is a great location and Seaside Vacations was very responsive and good to deal with. The property was a good size for our group. The sleeping arrangement was okay - our seventh person slept on the pull out. The condo unit itself could use some TLC but overall I would recommend for location. You're right on the boardwalk close to all amenities and you can enjoy a coffee or cocktail on the patio while watching the ocean. Overall, I would recommend.

Location was great!

The place was not cleaned well or well maintained. Outlets were loose, fans had an inch of dust, the ice maker was dirty, a hole in the screen door, and just not well kept for the price. Looking past all that the location was amazing and we enjoyed the patio. We would stay her again! But I think the owner needs new cleaning people.

Location and Seaside Vacations Management A+

Living room and dining are newly furnished tags still on dining room table?) Size and location were great. Unfortunately bunk and double bed very old, stained as well as pillows. Teenage boys preferred to sleep on couch. I had to purchase blankets and pillows. Bedrooms moderately looked clean but outdated but bedding made Balcony was just ok.
