excellent location, super convenient and parking a huge plus for the area, super easy access and cant express how much the location is perfect.dated bed might be too soft those who prefer a more stiff mattress.

Great location/service!

Easy check in instructions, a perfect location to the concert we were staying for and I absolutely loved how secure the garage with our car was. I would definitely come back again!

Great location near boardwalk!

We stayed here for Oceans Calling music festival. We were very close to both entrances and could hear the bands from our balcony!! The condo was clean, nicely decorated, and perfect for a small family! Parking was very convenient!

Great location

Had a wonderful location! Close to boardwalk and inlet. Great for a couple or couple with small kid. We also had our pup with us and she was extremely comfortable, Very clean and renovated. My only complaint is the couch was not comfy. Other than that 10/10! I would highly recommend!

We paid over 3,000 for a six-night stay and were extremely disappointed. The property is advertised as professionally cleaned, but that was not our experience. We found dog hair on the floors, toothpaste residue in the bathroom sink and soap scum in the tub, a dirty kitchen sink drain, grime in the washing machine detergent drawer, dusty surfaces, ripped window screens, loose bathroom faucets, a ripped, unsupportive sofa, and other maintenance issues throughout the home. We documented everything with photos upon arrival.After I contacted the management company, they acknowledged the issues and offered to send cleaners back. However, the number and extent of the problems made it clear this wasn’t just a few missed spots as they stated —it would have taken hours to bring the property up to an acceptable standard, and we didn’t want to spend our vacation waiting while the house was cleaned. We ended up cleaning some things ourselves just to make the home usable.We later requested a partial reimbursement because of the condition of the property and because we ultimately left one night early, but that request was denied.For a rental costing over 3,000 for six nights, we expected a clean, well-maintained home. Unfortunately, that was not our experience, and we cannot recommend this property based on the condition we found and how our concerns were ultimately resolved.

Great Rental!

We were expecting a charming little place to stay during our trip, but photos did no justice to this darling little space! It is conveniently located between the beach and bay, for easy access to all the amenities. Local restaurants are nearby. The parking garage was a huge plus - no parking issues! The only negative thing I would comment on is that it was *clean* but also not. There were lots of areas that didn’t look to be sanitized and there was pet hair under furniture. BUT, I understand we booked a pet-friendly place and we aren’t complaining. It was definitely worth the cost!

I want to start by saying we would have loved the condo if only one couple went and only had one vehicle. The location was amazing and close to EVERYTHING. The issues we had were with the listing on two different sites, the lack of a bedroom, the lack of an extra parking space and the barriers put up. We booked through VRBO and we had 2 couples. The VRBO listing said 2 bedroom and gated parking. It was non refundable by the time the management company sent us the site with the full property information and codes to get in. On that site it lists it as 1 bedroom and only 1 parking space for that condo in an under the unit gated parking area with assigned spaces. For over $4,000, it was not worth the money for a 1 bedroom. The other couple had no privacy sleeping on a double pull out couch in the "living room" which was just an extension of the kitchen and had the thinnest, most uncomfortable sliver of a mattress pad. Parking was an absolute nightmare, because there was no parking on the surrounding streets due to Oceans Calling music festival and the entire street where the parking entrance is was blocked off by police every day. We had to ask them repeatedly to remove barricades and police vehicles, so we could get back to the condo to park. The other fouple had to park 20 minites awa and pay for public parking for the 5 days. Parking everywhere was $100/day.

Very convenient location. We had to wait to get in to our room more than an hour due to providing wrong code for parking garage. Basic supply like hand shop and bathroom issues were not there. I know they said sorry for inconvenience. We were there around 10 pm so could not get supplies till next morning. Ask them to change the check out time by few hours I was offered to stay one more night for better price. I was little bit upset about that they don’t have any other booking for that day and refused for us to check out few hours later.
