The building is situated on 12th Street, in the heart of the Boardwalk where all the action is. This second-floor condo features a private balcony above the shops, offering excellent views of the Boardwalk and beach—perfect for people-watching.
**NOTE: Elevator will be Shut Down from November 2, 2026 - January 15, 2027 for modernization**

- Linens (bed sheets and pillowcases) and towels are not included in the rate. They can be rented from linen companies, or you’re welcome to bring your own.

Ocean City allows dogs on the beach and boardwalk only between October 1st and April 30th. Therefore, you are welcome to bring up to 2, house-trained and well-behaved dogs (each weighing no more than 35 lbs) from October 1 to April 30.

There is a $60 Pet fee.
Pets must be crated if they are left unattended.
