🌊The little house right on the sand 🏖️🦀 is located in Bopiranga, Itanhaém, on Santa Júlia Beach (about 100 metres from the ocean / 2 minutes away)<br><br>THE NEIGHBORHOOD<br>The location is excellent—it’s between Cibratel and Gaivotas beaches. There are several beach kiosks right on the beach, the streets are quiet, and the atmosphere is family-friendly! The street in front of the house is grassy and private (no through traffic for vehicles or pedestrians), so we use the space for leisure and parking.<br><br>PARKING<br>Covered parking space for one vehicle
