Very modern property with great views. Great attention to detail to all that may be needed truly making it a home away from home. Loved our stay which really wasn’t long enough, will definitely be back and highly recommend it for a memorable time away.

Loved staying for a couple of nights in Wye river. Property very clean and comfortable. Fire was lovely for the winter evenings.

What a magnificent home, overlooking the treetops and the ocean! The beautiful cockatoos and parrots on the balcony were an absolute highlight and filled the children with joy. The house was light-filled and clean, with comfortable beds. The only thing that I would have liked to know beforehand was that the driveway and surrounding streets were extremely steep so this make it very hard with a young child and pram!

Brilliant location

Property is in a good location, enough of a hill to make you feel like you’ve done a little walk and exerted yourself, but not a long slog uphill like some others. Property has everything you need, is spacious and well set up. View is lovely.

All good - note one of the dining chairs has a crack in the frame. If someone heavy sits on it it is likely to collapse

Outdoor cleanliness

This property is beautiful and well maintained inside. However the outdoor area has not been swept or cleaned for a long time. The glass balustrade was filthy, thick dust covered all outdoor furniture, an extreme amount of bird droppings was everywhere. I notified the property manager via email to let them know. She said it was cleaned the day before and blamed it on the wildlife. I cleaned the upstairs balcony and it stayed in clean condition for 4 days,

***Wow just WOW*** We just spent an unforgettable weekend at this stunning house nestled between the beach and the bush, and it was everything we could have hoped for and more! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the serene surroundings. The house itself is beautifully designed, combining modern comforts with a warm, inviting atmosphere. The spacious living area opened up to a large deck, where we enjoyed our morning coffee while listening to the soothing sounds of nature. The proximity to the beach was a major highlight for us. Just a short stroll away, we were able to soak up the sun, swim in the crystal-clear waters, and take long, peaceful walks along the shore. The beach feels almost private, allowing us to relax without the usual crowds. Equally enchanting was the bushland surrounding the property. We loved exploring the nearby trails, where we encountered breathtaking views and an array of wildlife. It was the perfect balance of adventure and relaxation! The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy for us to whip up delicious meals, and the outdoor grill was a great addition for evening barbecues under the stars.
