Nelson By The Bay is perfectly positioned, only a short stroll to cafes, restaurants, shops, the beach and Harbour.

This beautifully maintained single-level home is perfect for entertaining! Out the front, you have a sizable north-facing deck with a large outdoor table - ideal for hosting a barbecue with friends and family.
The rear courtyard is fully enclosed with a covered back patio and seating area, perfect for young children or a private escape.

The light-filled lounge area comprises a dining table, split system air-conditioning, a large 6-seater couch, smart television and various board games.
The kitchen includes all the creature comforts, such as stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and pod coffee machine so you can truly unwind and enjoy your time away!
All bedrooms are well-sized, your first bedroom contains a queen bed with two side tables. The second bedroom is north facing with a queen bed, two side tables and built-in robes. The last bedroom contains a tri-bunk bed, side table and built in robes.

The bathroom is well-maintained and includes a bath and shower, right next door you have the laundry room with a new Westinghouse washing machine and separate lockable toilet.

Delivers on what was promised!
Comfortable house with great facilities. Bedrooms are large and comfortable. Nice living areas. Location is excellent - short walk to almost everything. Only comment is that the backyard is mostly concrete so if you're travelling with dogs they may want to be allowed out the front from time to time. Not a problem though.

What a delight
Excellent property, close to main town centre. Property is immaculate with all you need for a relaxing stay. Nice and quiet street and handy to the shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend this to anyone and we will certainly be back next time we visit Apollo Bay
