A time to remember!

Our stay out here at Chippewa Lake was everything we needed. We had an absolute blast kickin it with each other out on the lake fishing and enjoying the views. Definitely get your bang for your buck at this property:) much love!

Beautiful property in a beautiful area!

We really enjoyed our visit! The property was very clean and well set up with all the necessities. It was a nice, relaxing, home away from home to spend time with my daughter who attends Ferris state university. The neighborhood was peaceful with friendly neighbors and nice to walk around. Definitely recommend!!

Weekend get away

We had a 2 night stay for Ferris State University's Homecoming. We were able to enjoy the peaceful location and make the short drive to Big Rapids. Everything was as advertised. Very enjoyable!

Very nice spacious home

Nice home with a lot of space. Very large table for six of us to play cards. We have been classmate getaway weekends for approximately 20 years and this is rated at the top

This house is in a great location not far from a little private beach on the lake and the boat launch. Also only 20 minutes to float down Muskegon river at J&Js. They had everything we needed, lots of kitchen supplies and even spices. It was very clean and the beds are comfy, there were many towels, blankets and extra pillows, heck even mini fans. We mostly curled up on the couch with their amazing soft throw blankets and chatted The hosts answered texts right away the whole time, they were very kind and helpful. The only thing that we felt could be updated was the TV, it was 32 inches and from early 2000s. But the DVD and VHS selection was very nostalgic for these 6 Moms pushing 40Thank you for allowing us to stay!

Perfect Lake Vacation

We would stay here again. There was enough space for 4 adults and 3 teenagers. We caught several fish from the channel in the backyard. The neighborhood beach was small , but usable. We saw lots of wildlife.Some improvements, comfortable deck furniture, more outside dining options, and fire pit in the backyard.You may want to mention in the book that the general store will take trash, if you pay.We were disappointed there was no kayak or boat rental in the area.

Far above the average

As a group of senior citizens we selected this property because it was all on one level and a reasonable distance to the reunion we were attending. What a good choice! It was exceptionally clean, everything worked and had a great, updated look. The kitchen was well stocked with spices, linen, storage wrap/containers. Positive signage relating the do’s and don’ts. Most of all we appreciated the flexibility the owners showed in meeting our needs. We would stay here again in a heart beat.
