A tropical retreat in Destin’s famous Crystal Beach, Crystal Tide celebrates the daring spirit of the original Destin explorers, architects, and sporting enthusiasts. Discover a blend of classic European influences, vintage coastal touches, and modern comforts throughout this home.

Crystal Tide is within walking distance of the Destin Commons mall, award-winning dining, Whole Foods, entertainment, and much more. The backyard is a sunny oasis with a propane grill and heated** pool. We include a daily luxury beach chair setup of 2 chairs and an oversized umbrella from March - October. A complimentary golf cart is provided to enjoy on the beach streets.

Home Layout: Sleeps 17
First Floor: King Bedroom (sleeps 2), Bathroom, Kitchen, Living Room, Patio with propane grill.
Second Floor: King Suite with bathroom (sleeps 2), Bunk bedroom with Twin over Queen and a full-size trundle (sleeps 5), Jack N’ Jill bathroom between the bunk bedroom and King room (sleeps 2), King suite with bathroom (sleeps 2).
Third Floor: Grand king suite with bathtub and shower (sleeps 2), King bedroom with bathroom (sleeps 2), Wet bar.

Parking - Eight vehicles may park at the property. No campers, oversized vehicles, buses, or trailers are permitted—no street parking.

Four beach chairs are provided at the home for you to take to the beach.

Check-in and check-out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10 AM to 4 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 for leaving after the posted time because this prohibits the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation.

Please note there are 3 exterior security cameras (all disconnected and not operating) 1 facing the road, and 2 overlooking the pool area.

**The pool can be heated from Oct 1 to May 31 for an additional daily fee. Pool heat must be requested three days before arrival.

Spa Quality amenities are provided, featuring high thread count hypoallergenic linens, towels, and a starter set of soaps, shampoo, and lotions. It is the guest’s responsibility to acquire additional items needed.

$350 flat pet fee to be collected post-booking. 1-2 pets max. 50 lbs max. No aggressive breeds. You must notify us if bringing a pet before you travel.

All TVs in the home are smart TVs with all the standard apps using high-speed internet at over 300 Mbps. Cable TV is not available here, but the apps will provide you with thousands of hours of content. Bring your password for Netflix, Disney, HBO, etc.

The home is provided with one golf cart. The driver must be over 25, carry valid auto insurance, and sign a waiver.

Weddings or Events are an additional $500, must be selected when booking, and require a permit that we obtain.

AGE REQUIREMENT – Spring Break college groups are not allowed. No reservations will be made to students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25). One (1) guardian of twenty-five years or older is required for every four (4) singles under the age of twenty-five. Guardians must accompany anyone under the age of twenty-five (25) at all times and be present during check-in. Underage drinking and/or partying are not allowed in any of the rental units. Non-compliance with these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made.

We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries and linens. Additional items will be the guest’s responsibility to purchase.

Instead of security deposits and booking fees, each LoveRentals booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners. The fee for LoveRentals Protect is applied to each booking and covers up to $10,000.00 in contents damage protection and up to $1,000,000.00 in real property protection.
