Perfect house for our family with 3 kids. Location was terrific and they loved the bunk beds! Having the playground was great. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

The house could use a deep clean and there were definitely signs of previous pets but overall a cute little place. We loved the park right across the street! The outdoor shower was great for easy clean up after the beach.

HAD ISSUE WITH NO INTERNET, THE PASSWORD WOULD NOT WORKOUTSIDE GRILL WAS ON ITS LAST LEG

Great location, plenty of room, clean and ready to move in. A couple of things: floor has some problem spots - you can literally feel it move under your foot; the downstairs shower door needs new sealant stripping, as does the front door flashing. Glass front door needs to be adjusted - springs shut too quickly, leaving your foot in danger of being caught and cut.

Mini getaway

It was great coming back to Chincoteague, after being away for almost 25 yrs. I have many fond childhood summer memories there and now my kids can start developing them. The house was overall what is described. The park (not just the playground) doesn’t allow dogs, soooo my little pup was a little disappointed she couldn’t join us. But having the playground across the street for the 6 yr old was great. And locals and vacationers visit it all day…so it’s like having built in friends when needed for the little one. The house had everything we needed and more.

The house was perfect for two adults and foir kids, 14 and under. We loved the location next to the park. Perfect to just sit outside and watch them play or ride their bikes. We would definitely book this house again.
