Additional fees will apply for non compliance. The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. Great Place

This place is awesome and the hosts keep it clean and tidy. I would definitely rent this again. Beautiful views, easy access to Fraser and Winter Park. Good parking area. Absolutely loved it.

Happy New Year

This home is well designed and beautifully decorated. The layout provides optimal privacy and the new construction is very energy efficient. We did not increase the thermostats above 65 for the entire stay. The beds are very comfortable and the furniture is sturdy, even the bunks in the downstairs bedroom. Kitchen is well stocked. The best part, the VIEWs. Winterpark ski runs are visible from the front of the home and Grandby ski mountain from the back. Highly recommend a stay, you won't be disappointed.

Amazing Stay!!

We loved staying at this VrBO. It was perfect for our family and our needs for the entire weekend. The communication was exceptional and resources provided were first class. Great Spring Skiing Getaway

Everything about the townhouse was great. Very well stocked kitchen with great appliances, spices, etc. The beds and bed were extremely comfortable, we enjoyed hanging out on the deck and plenty of space for six of us. Thank you we hope to return soon.

Summer in Winter Park

We love the beauty of Winter Park in the summer. There are so many nearby hiking trails, and with all the recent rain, the wildflowers were gorgeous against the snow capped mountains. Our accommodations were a positive. The live music, fun restaurants, local/small boutiques, great massages - it was a wonderful 3-day visit.

Hidden Gem

This home caught our interest online with the photos of the views from the deck. In person - those sunset views are so much more stunning than a photo can express. From the living room, kitchen or dining table, you can see out over the Fraser valley. Then you step out onto the main level deck and soak it all in, the sound of the birds, the deer that walk past, all so lovely. Ample outdoor seating too. From the front porch - we were treated to views of the rising moon - stunning no matter where you look. All of the spaces are large, the living room with two couches and extra moveable seating to enjoy the fire place flows into the kitchen/bar eating area. The Kitchen has ample counter space, all the appliance I can imagine you would use on your vacation. Next is the dining area with seating for 8 - with windows all around. All the windows open so let the sound of the forest in with a cooling breeze. Up a flight of stairs are three bedrooms and two bathrooms - again all large and well appointed. The large fluffy towels were a nice touch. Down a flight of stairs, you find another living space/game room, 4th bedroom, 3rd full bath and access to the ground level deck with hot tub and hanging chairs. The fall flowers were in full bloom - nice to be in an established building that is not just a dirt lot trying to recover. We brought our dogs - they loved it. On top of the lovely wood floors are scatter rugs and large room rugs that they found to be comfortable for their leisure, but we do spoil them by bringing their own dog beds which we just moved from room to room with us. Each of the 'open spaces' between buildings has a path that loops around, allowing the dogs to be dogs in nature and away from the roads. This house is really a hidden gem, don't let the location which is a bit further from the resort stop you from making this your home base. You are near the Safeway for stocking up, there is a great Coffee Shop and Mexican food restaurant in the Murdock's center. The new pump track is right down by the Fraser path and you have access to hundreds of miles of gravel roads if gravel biking is your thing. Winter Park Escapes - these are the nicest most responsive folks. I had an issue booking and they immediately helped with that. The directions were no longer valid as a condo community installed a gate blocking the last right turn. Not an issue, we found our way easily and notified WP Escapes, they were not judgmental and were always happy to hear our feedback. Can't wait to return.

Excellent accommodations by a super organized management group! They are on top of all the details. Great service. We had a small problem with the washing machine. We called management and they had a service person there in 10 minutes and the issue was fixed within another 10 minutes. I would book another stay without hesitation.

Highly recommend

Our family has stayed here twice already and have already booked a third stay later this year. It is a beautiful townhome in a great location - quick drive to Fraser and Winter Park, as well as grocery store, shops and restaurants. You can tell the owners really put thought into the furniture and decor and tried to include all those little extras that might be needed. Kitchen is stocked with anything you need to cook a meal. Bathrooms all have toiletries, hair dryers and plenty of soft towels. The main bedrooms are spacious and well appointed, with very comfortable king size beds in all three (great touch so no one has to fight over who gets the king). The lower level has a great game area, comfy seating (including a sleeper sofa) for stretching out and watching movies and a large, fun bunkroom for the kids. There is even a little hidden room under the stairs that is set up as a cute reading/play area for the littles. Great views made our morning coffee or evening cocktails on the patio beautiful and you might even see some wildlife - we did! Check out is easy and simple - no major tasks to do before you sadly head back to real life at the end of your stay. We can't recommend the place enough and can't wait to go back!

Annual Golf Trip

This villa offered a fantastic venue for our annual golf trip! The accommodations fit the 8 of us nicely and we were even able to bring along a couple pups. The place was well stocked and clean and we will definitely return if we come back this way!

This property was amazing! We loved everything about it. The location was perfect and the view from the back porch was breathtaking and was the perfect spot to watch the sunset. The house is up from the town just enough to give you the feel of being on the mountain but not so far that it takes so long to get back to civilization. There is a Safeway grocery less than 5 minutes away which was VERY convenient. The house is beautiful and the kitchen has everything you need in the way of high end appliances. Also, having a good washer and dryer was huge for us. The beds were extremely comfortable and there was plenty of room for our party of 6 adults and 3 kids. The kids loved the basement with all the games and TV for watching movies. Our only complaints were the floors were not cleaned very well and rugs were worn and dirty. Also, the Arcade game was not working which was a little disappointing for the kids. All in all, we would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it for families seeking a vacation in beautiful Winter Park, CO!
