This is a terrific apartment. It’s well appointed, comfortable seating inside, the layout makes for a really workable space. The location gives easy access to Bondi shops, restaurants, beach, and the Bondi-Coogee walk. The management team is incredibly responsive. We had one issue that we needed assistance on, and it was handled quickly. We have just two criticisms; it can be noisy in the evenings and the chairs on the balcony are very uncomfortable. This would be easily resolved with cushions.

A gem in an eclectic neighbourhood

This apartment is a little gem in amongst the eclectic mash that is Bondi Beach. Whilst some luxury apartments overlook Bondi Beach, you will not get in this apartment - however, it is a short walk to the beach and all the fun. Most places in Bondi Beach look shabby and unloved - but it is a young person's place and lots of stairs make it difficult if you have a physical disability. Having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was essential and the kitchen was well-appointed with plenty of crockery and silverware. The sofa was big and comfy - but the rest of the furniture was uncomfortable to sit on, especially the outdoor dining chairs and indoor dining. But it's a rental! For the price - it was great. It looked like it needed a deep clean - but for the most part - it was fine.
