With room for 9 of you, the home is perfectly split across two levels, separating sleeping and living. Walk through the front door on the ground floor to be met with a bright, open living, kitchen and dining area. Here the crew will sprawl across the cosy leather couches of the living area, the ample dining table or perhaps up at the kitchen bar.

The light in the space is all thanks to large windows and doors that lead you out to the pet-friendly backyard, which is a summer beach holiday dream. Sat under the statement pergola, a huge barbecue will feed the 9 of you, while the outdoor table will seat those that aren't cooking. Then, lush olive trees frame a firepit space, ideal for balmy nights, while an outdoor shower is hidden privately around the side of the house.

Moving back inside, the first bedroom is found on the lower level featuring a double bunk bed and a vast window that fills the space with gorgeous natural light.

Upstairs you'll find the rest of the bedrooms, three more to be exact. The ample master bedroom is kitted out with a king-sized bed, walk-in robe and generously sized ensuite. Then the last two bedrooms feature a queen bed and two king singles, respectively. You'll find two bathrooms and two powder rooms throughout the home - meaning there's plenty of room for all! Finally, a separate laundry lets you shut the holiday laundry away for another day.

The double garage is a feature of the home that's sure to be loved. Because of your proximity to the beach, you'll want to leave the cars parked up here for most of your stay. Then, on your way down to the beach, head out through the garage to pick from the crop of beach games and toys; you've got boogie boards, cricket, and buckets galore. Plus, make sure to take advantage of the beach cart to make the trek easier.
