Worst stay we have experienced anywhere in the world. Keys collected did not work to gain access to our apartment and ended up waiting for about an hour to get keys that worked. Many phone calls to numbers we had and all answered by AI however even when we were told by AI that we would be connected to a real person we were not. Get rid of AI and give real people telephones back. Very difficult and misleading when more than 1 body acts as property manager. Pity the experience was so bad because generally the apartment had a lot going for it in terms of facilities and position
