You should advise that there are unavoidable steps to climb to get to you unit (there are no lifts) which is useful information especially for senior such as us.Property needs a spruce up - carpet tapes are visible, doorknobs are missing, bathroom towels need replacing. Shouldn't call this a luxury unit until these things plus lift are fixed.Location is excellent which, to some extent may forgive some of the downside.
