We stayed for two nights while attending families' weekend at nearby Vassar College (20 minutes away). Communication was terrific - timely, friendly, and clear. Since we arrived after dark, we especially appreciated the sign at the parking spot welcoming us by name (we knew we were in the right place!) and the series of motion-sensitive lights on the porch to facilitate finding the lockbox and unlocking the door at an unfamiliar property. The view was lovely. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was spotless, and the bathroom was fine - great shower head! :)One note: there's only one bathroom and anyone staying in the accessory bedroom has to walk through the main bedroom to get to it. So I wouldn't recommend this situation for, for example, two couples who might not be completely comfortable with each other. My only suggestion would be to add a small reading area with a standard comfortable armchair and floor lamp. Other than the enormous lounge area's padded recliners (which didn't have good reading light), there were no chairs with backs in the apartment - only backless bar stools and very large stuffed beanbag-type chairs. (There was a rolling office chair in the accessory bedroom but still no good reading light, and it wasn't a comfortable chair for reading.)Thank you for a lovely stay!
