The upstairs suite accommodates three guests with a queen size bedroom, a single bedroom, open plan living space, kitchenette for convenience, chic bathroom and wrap-around verandahs; overseeing delightfully manicured gardens and Swan Bay water glimpses.

Hydronic heating, multiple reverse cycle air conditioning units, Rinnai wall heating, Wifi, off street parking for four vehicles, outdoor fire pit, a series of outdoor alfresco options and unrivaled privacy are additional features to this unique, and simply stunning estate. This property also has a beautiful converted self contained garage bedsitter that can be added to your booking if you need to accommodate an extra couple or if someone would just like to have that one degree of seperation and privacy.
