The biggest issue we had was the unavailability of drinking water. The day of check in was when we got notice that there would be no drinking water & we were to bring our own. This added an extra cost to an expensive house which should never be allowed. Upon arrival we noticed a water cooler there with empty water containers. Were we expected to fill one of those? This is really unacceptable. There were 5 other houses rented by my family for our function - all paid less than us & ALL had drinking water. Will not recommend this property unless this problem is solved.
