Great location in a very nice neighborhood. Cute little house, not to big, not to small. Well decorated and cozy. Plenty of on street parking. Didn't have to hunt for a parking spot once. I would definitely stay here again.

Quiet neighborhood. comfortable beds. Cute and large outdoor space. Some things inside the house are dated and small. Bathroom in particular is on the small side. Host was responsive to an issue with the dishwasher.

Clean and cozy

Nice cozy place. Both rooms were nice and far enough apart for privacy. All amenities are well kept, clean, and look new. We would definitely choose this place again.

Such a Cozy Spot!

My friend and I stayed here for four nights for a quick getaway to San Diego. We were more than happy with our experience. The property was well maintained, well stocked for out of towners (including detergent for doing laundry and toiletries in the bathroom), and very cozy! We appreciated the extra blankets in each room and the games available to play. Although we didn’t use the hot tub or outdoor space, the area was so cute. Would highly recommend!

Great location to the beach

The location was fantastic. Backyard was beautiful. Property could use a few more essentials in the kitchen. One dish towel and one cutting board wasn’t quite enough when cooking for a family. The bedroom lights were tricky because they were on the same remote frequencies with one another. We very much enjoyed the outside areas. We would visit again.

Thins trip was about helping family move so I did not use any of the outdoor amenities. It would be a great place for a small group. One thing I did not like was there are two properties using that large outdoor space and neither party knows who the other is. My sole reason for renting this space was proximity to family close by, safety and ease of parking. King size bed was nice but bathroom was the least good thing about this property.
