The condo was above and beyond our expectations. We come to Clayton several times a year and decided to stay somewhere different it did not disappoint. Everything ran smoothly from the booking to the checking in. The condo was beautiful and clean. The view was amazing. It was very quiet and peaceful. We hiked and golfed a lot and definitely relaxed and enjoyed the peace and tranquility with a glass of wine on the balcony. Cannot wait to come back again!!!!

Beautiful rental

This property was beautiful and very comfortable. The view was breath-taking. We enjoy the gilf and just drinking coffee on the porch.

Kingwood Golf

Great unit in a great location overlooking the green of one of the holes on the course. Screened in porch was very nice. We had a great time. Would certainly recommend staying again.

Unit was as advertised and very clean. Our family enjoyed the view and the surrounding area of the property was beautiful with loads of wildlife to watch from the second floor elevation. Loved the elevator. Rare treat. Back soon.

Great location. Enjoyed the condominium. Well supplied for cooking at home. Very clean bathrooms and condo. Carpets starting to age. Didn’t have to worry about bedbugs or any other critters in condo. Nice TV’s. Great Wi-fi. Would stay again.

Exactly like the pictures

Girl’s trip to Clayton and we picked this condo because it’s on the golf course. Condo is beautiful and wonderfully appointed with nice dishes, utensils etc. we wanted for nothing. Our property manager was prompt with a simple matter, she even stopped by personally to assist us as my phone was on silent and I didn’t answer my phone! Location is great, close to town and lots of great restaurants. Beds were super comfortable, as was the couch, chairs and dining room chairs. We will be back!

Love the location, very quiet. The TV streaming buffers constantly so its hard to watch anything. It's a dated condo, but nice. Some wear and stains on the carpet, but nothing bad. We have stayed in this unit before and opted to rent again, so we knew what to expect. There was a price increase this time, not sure why. For this reason, I would be inclined to look at other properties next time, but would not rule this place out.
