Beach Haven on Anastasia Island is a quick 10-minute drive south of downtown St. Augustine. It’s ideal for a relaxing beach getaway or an active trip! The heated in-ground pool provides a safe area for kids and adults. The quiet neighborhood features vacationers and year-round residents on a dead-end street. The beach is a two-minute walk via a scenic wooden walkway with stunning views of the dunes and ocean. Local wildlife includes turtles, rabbits, and birds, great for birdwatchers! We welcome children and pets for a small fee. Just minutes from restaurants and shopping, St. Augustine is dog-friendly with many outdoor dining options. There are 44 dog-friendly activities in the area, plus watercraft rentals, golfing, museums, art galleries, and historic sites. *The pool can be heated to 84 degrees for an additional $200 per week, with requests needed at least 48 hours prior to arrival. Note that we do not heat the pool from Memorial Day to mid-September.

We have rented numerous properties in the area and this was by far the best. We loved the pool and patio area. The master suite upstairs was perfect for my husband and I and our kids and grandkids stayed downstairs. Privacy and togetherness at the same time ! Easy access to the beach. Neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. Highly recommend

Perfect Family Vacation

This property was even better in person! We loved every minute of our stay. Marty provided a beautiful home equipped with all the essentials. It was truly an amazing vacation experience with our children. There is a whole cabinet full of fun! Including board games and puzzles that we loved doing together. Highly recommend to anyone and we would go back yesterday if we could.

Beach Haven...Beach Heaven!!

We had a great stay in St Augustine Beach. The house was comfortable, roomy and very nicely equipped. The beach was an easy walk to a wonderful part where the sand was pristine and you can walk for miles in either direction. The pool was a very nice refresher.

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely home. The backyard and deck were fantastic to enjoy coffee while our dogs played or family swam. The beds were very comfortable with nice linens. There were also pool toys/floats accessible which was a great for us. The public beach access is a very easy walk but do keep in mind that the access has multiple sets of steps and is not a short walk. You also have to navigate the ruts in the sand from the cars on the beach. My parents are elderly so it required us to drive them to the entry and help them on and off the beach. That is the nature of Butler Beach but ensuring others know before they go.
